Great hotel and at a great location. I was impressed by the comfort of the bed and pillows. Very clean and very welcoming and polite stuff. I did not give 5 stars cause the food from the restaurant was quite disappointing and did not match the high quality of the rooms.

I am sorry, I have dropped my opinion of this beautiful property which I have stayed at several times in the last 2 years. I have planned to stay for a few more trip in the year, but will be changing to a more FULL-SERVICE 5-star hotel that cares about customers and their experience first and foremost. And also to one who management cares about a guests concerns in a timely manner. They have a 5-star property with the management mindset of a 3-star property. Inside was quiet, the doors had slow closing springs so no slamming doors all night. It was also quiet outside, while we were there in November. Very clean and comfortable. We came with our pup and he was greeted with treats and a mat for the door to let the cleaners know. Right bedside the Cardinals staduim and a short walk to the Arch. Felt very safe around the hotel as well. Garage/deck parking for safety also.

One of our rooms wasnt available until 45 minutes after check in which caused us to all have to get ready in one room for our event we had planned for the evening.

The hotel itself was great. It was very clean amd comfortable. However, the experience was awful from check in until well after. Check in was supposed to be at 4. Our room wasn't ready so the lady checking us in tried to downgrade our room. When I refused a downgrade since the view was the entire reason for booking the hotel, i was told we would have to wait to get into our room. I was told I would recieve a text when our room was ready. After an hour of not receiving a text, I went back to the front desk only to find out our room was ready. This process made us latr for our evening plans. After checking out, I realized I left my rings in the room. My husband immediately called the front desk and asked if someone would go get them out of the room and keep them until we got back to the hotel, to which he was told "No problem". An hour later we were told they'd have to wait for housekeeping to clean the room and find them. After another 2 hours we went back to the hotel only to be told nothing had been found and there was another guest in our room. After another 48 hours and 6 ohone calls, I was finally able to speak to a manager. He states that he followed up, checked all cameras, and spoke to everyone involved but there were no rings in the room. I have been offered no resolution to this issue.

What a great place to stay in the heart of Louisville! So close to many fantastic restaurants in walking distance; baseball stadium; gateway arch; and much more! Also, great bar and restaurant attached! So much wonderful hospitality! I will definitely recommend it!

They didn’t give me the room credit. Had other charges not listed in booking. Room was dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Shower door/handle very loose and unsafe, contact lenses on floor.

This hotel was amazing; from the staff, to the decor, to the room, to the location. We were a short walk to the arch and right next to the stadium. The staff was amazing from the time we arrived. We look forward to staying here again.

Great stay, friendly staff including valet. Super convenient for watching Cardinals game. Only complain was street noise (motorcycles leaving bars at night).
