Major construction at the entrance driveway made it easy to miss. Construction started around 7:00AM and caused occasional delays when exiting or returning to the parking lot. Very comfortable and clean room. There was a mechanical whining sound that cycled off and on through the night. We weren't in the room most of the day, so can't say whether it continued all day as well. Otherwise, a great place to stay, if you're not expecting a breakfast to be included.

Our stay was excellent! The staff are friendly, rooms were clean, and location was perfect for what we needed. They have new beds and it was very comfortable. We slept very well. It was nice to have a kitchenette too. We came to check out the local wineries so this was a great spot to end the day. It is also near the freeway. I highly recommend.

This Hotel is great super clean and friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable and the gym was nice. It is in the sticks but once you past the rift raft you come to an out of The way area that’s nice and secure. I love that they have complementary fruit and coffee 24/7.

Property appeared to be clean as well as room. Elevator was out of order so we stayed on bottom floor. That is the floor they allow pets. The person who checked us in was nice but spoke to fast then was inpatient when I asked questions. This room had a kitchenette. Refrigerator was loud as was heating/air conditioning. I turned both off. Light and clock at bedside did not work. Heard noise from hall and room above.

This property is fairly new, and i think it has kitchenettes in all the units. A lot of short-term construction workers take advantage of this affordable hotel for that reason. However, I really like it for my occasional weekend wine tasting trips. Love that it’s dog friendly, the walls are well insulated so you barely hear your neighbor, and the beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. There’s firm and medium soft pillows. The beds are a medium firm. The only thing that could use Improvement is the heating and air-conditioning system. Staff insists that the thermostat on the wall will control the heating and air conditioning. However, I’ve been in two different rooms and that was not true of either one. I needed to use the controls on the in-room unit itself to get the proper room temperature, but once I figured that out, it wasn’t hard. I would stay there again!

4 nights on the edge of Lodi. Pretty close to everywhere you’d need to go by car. Nothing to really walk to nearby. Rooms were well laid out, nothing fancy but serviceable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. 24 hour coffee tea available in the lobby. Only downsides were a few ants in the bathroom faucet and having to enter the property thru a construction fence on a dark road. Overall, a spacious room that served its purpose at a fair price.

Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Even the refrigerator was spotless. Everything in the room worked. Quiet location, but you will need a car or bicycle to get to Lodi town center if that's on your itinerary. If not, there are plenty of restaurants closer than in town. Overall, a great place to stay. This was our second time at Candlewood in Lodi.

I loved the fact that parking was super easy and close to the entrance of the property. My one and only qualm would be that one of the light fixtures in the room was out so it wasn’t as bright as I wish it would be, but so minor that I didn’t complain to the front desk. Staff was friendly. Room was basic, but very clean. Would recommend if you need a place to stay in Lodi.

Hotel extremely expensive for what you get. Not worth the price. Never had a hotel charge my card before I even arrived plus and additional $50.00 in case of incidentals. I consider that very poor business practice. I will never stay at an Candlewood Suites again, nor an IHG Hotel again. Extremely over prices with poor business practices.

The tile was not floated in bathroom, grout was missing on the floor. If not wearing socks, you would pinch or cut your feet. The bed was not comfortable, and the pillows were stiff.

The kitchenette in our unit was wonderfully equipped. Nice pots and pans. The room felt spacious and I liked the curving tabletop. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The room was clean and set up nicely. It reminds me of a studio apartment in NY. The very best part was checking in after a long day of work. April was at the front desk and was so kind and helpful that I actually felt welcomed! Five stars to her and many thanks.

The property itself was ok, rooms were clean but the NOISE !!! I stayed in #342 and there was a loud generator blasting ALL NIGHT LONG in the parking lot in addition to the loud heater inside the room. I paid $200 and got no sleep at all

This property was right off of Hwy 99 and an excellent choice for staying the night before an all day sports tournament. Very clean and super soft sheets! Staff was really friendly. Needed a hot tub and maybe light fare breakfast options.
