This room was unbelievable! 2 beds, a pull out couch & a small kitchen area with a Dining table, chairs, almost full size fridge. A 2 burner range top was also included. It was nice to have a “wall” between the beds and the sitting area. We were only here one night, breakfast offered a very large selection of hot & cold foods. Bathroom was very large & well lit. Water pressure was more than adequate and the water was hot. We did use the hotel’s pantry and bought a few things for an evening meal. What a Wonderful idea! We got macaroni & cheese in microwaveable cups and a bag of microwave popcorn. We’d been on the road for 10 hours with much time spend at a standstill thru road construction & a semi accident. It was a blessing to not have to go out to find a meal at 7pm on a rainy Saturday night in a strange town. The only thing that was lacking was silverware. We had plastic forks with us, but there was only a single spoon in the drawer. The quality of the room more than made up for the lack of a fork. I will be keeping Best Western hotels in the rotation of travel hotels.

We had stayed at this same Best Western a week earlier and booked a room for our return trip. The first stay was excellent. This stay wasn’t. The room smelled like sewage had backed up somewhere. It was pretty bad. We turned on the air hoping it would help. It didn’t. We should have asked for another room, but we didn’t so that was our fault. Also-the caulking outside along the floor of the shower was moldy/mildewed and there was some kind of black stuff at either end. The rest of the room was clean, though. I was just disappointed with the smell and mildew in the bathroom.

This property is aesthetically pleasing, however, it was not as clean as I would expect. There was splatter on the bathroom door & wall of the room, oil residue on the remote, dirt on the inside of the fridge, & the hallway carpets were not vacuumed. Basically, the bed & linens were clean, but surface areas were not. We didn't sleep well in this room because the A/C wasn't taking the humidity out of the room, so we all felt "wet". The staff were great & were always so welcoming.

The receptionist was great. The breakfast was average. Egg for omlete was like foam. Almond slivers were stale. The bath tub was plastic and a little slippery. The laminate floor was also quite slippery. The hotel was clean and the room otherwise was nice. The hallway was musty smelling as was the exercise room. The stationary bike also was not working. Would have liked a hot tub after driving all day, but there was only a small pool

Hotel exceeded expectations and had a great price. It was quiet even with full occupancy. Great location, easy to get to and restaurants within walking distance. Planning on making another trip and will stay there again.

Very nice and like new! Awesome breakfast and my kids loved the free hot chocolate in the lobby!! Nice and quiet location with plenty of parking. Room was super clean!

The hotel was fantastic. It was clean, new and well taken care of. The lobby was pleasant when we walked in. The front desk was ready to check us in with no wait. Every time we walked in or out the lady spoke to us. The pool was clean and the kids had fun swimming. The rooms were nice and the shower was clean and roomy. No mold or mildew in the corners. The beds were comfy. Sheets had a few tears in them but they were clean. The breakfast was great and they had bacon! There were several restaurants in walking distance and a nutrition place. We loved this place and will definitely stay again.

Checked in around 4:30pm, my wife and I and 3 kids got stuck in elevator on way to room. Fire dept had to be called. Shortly after arriving into room, power went out due to storm north of the area. At 10:30pm power still out, we were on 3rd floor and room as 80 degrees and no hot water. Emergency lighting was now out as well and hotel was completely dark and front desk had no flashlights. Asked front desk for update on power restoration and they said estimate was 10pm the following day. More storms were coming overnight, cell phones were dieing. Decided to check out and move to hotel 30 minutes away that had power. Front desk said we would need to talk to manager about refund. Called hotel couple days later and MGR said absolutely no refunds. "It was act of god and not her fault." She acknowledged her staff was sharing the power was not expected to be restored until the following day, but it was restored sooner than that therefor no refunds. I explained our concern was more tornados coming overnight and not being able to monitor tv/cell phones to know when to take cover. She said just listen for sirens. Staff would not be able to alert us. Not sure how this MGR is in the "hospitality" business.

It was so nice to come to such a clean, peaceful hotel after being on the road for several hours. We had a bigger party and there was plenty of room for everyone to get a good nights rest. Would definitely come back here again.

Great!! I decided to use Expedia again even though they did. Not stand by their disgusting Red Roof listing in warren MI. This was good only because there were zero issues. My last property had people with guns and Expedia was zero help in getting my money back

Most dog friendly hotels are dumps. This was a fantastic hotel can't believe they allowed dogs but we were so thankful. Finally a nice place for us and our pet.
