This hotel called me an hour prior to when I checked in to tell me they were over booked and ask if I still wanted the type of room I’d booked. When we did check in the room type was correct, but the smoke alarm was beeping and the bathroom was not fully clean. The guests staying above us ran, like elephants, non stop all night and all day and slammed the doors to the rooms and halls all night long. Employees either couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything about it. Don’t stay here. It’s newer but not cleaned well and employees don’t care.

Rooms were so spacious and stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and they had complimentary fruits with coffee,tea and hot cocoa.The kids loved that.

The room is very comfortable and clean. The service was friendly and professional. However, the morning breakfast needs improvement and a better variety.

I loved the location. This place is very clean and very nice. If you stay here make sure your room is in the top floor. If anyone is above the sound like a herd of cows.

The Staff is awesome

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the outdoor firepit, and the breakfast was good. The only negative was the coffee tasted like water. I would stay there again.

Love this place, come home once a year!

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. The room was super clean, staff was very friendly, and the area had all you could need. Definitely going to stay here again. The breakfast was the only thing that needs help. Not many options and it’s definitely a pre-heat breakfast, not fresh. I hardy ever eat hotel breakfast anyway so wasn’t a big deal for me. However, They did have oatmeal which is my go to.

Great area. Near Mall of Georgia with lots of restaurant choices. Overall room was clean. Small amount of mold around shower. Roaches (about 3-4) found around the sofa. To be fair, maybe they hitchhiked into room with our bags from Lake Lanier because we didn’t see them till the second day. Surprised to see roaches in a hotel that was otherwise well maintained and clean. Breakfast was terrible.

I stayed 3 nights 4 days, I asked to clean the room two times in 3rd day but they didn't.

Was in town for the weekend with family from different states and had selected rooms side by side on the Honors app but when I checked in was told that room was not available. How does that room go from being available for me to select while checking in the day before to “I’m sorry but it’s not available” It really put a damper on an otherwise fabulous stay as we weren’t even on the same floor. The facility and staff exceeded our expectations … I just wish the app was more reliable

Amazing Experience

The property was new and clean. Gym well equipped. Breakfast mediocre. All staff pleasant. Our stay was almost 2 weeks and we never were clear what housekeeping services were. Hotel booklet said one thing, bathroom mirror sign said only on request. We usually had to flag a housekeeper down in the hallway to empty the trash and resupply towels and washcloths. I extended our stay by one night and when doing so the hotel clerk did not tell me my rate would almost double for the extra night. I discovered the overcharge of about $87 upon checkout and was told there wasn’t anything she could do about it. I have emailed Hilton twice and never received any response. Guest beware-ASK about a change in the room charge for the same room if you stay a night or more beyond your original plans.

The room air conditioner did not work. It did not cool. It would only heat and run a fan. The beds were not comfortable and we struggled most of the night with noise coming from the room above us. The air conditioning issue was the biggest thing. None of us slept because it was 71 degrees in the room. I cut the ac down to 64 degrees and it never changed. That told me the Freon or something was wrong with the unit. Ridiculous for a Hilton property

Beautiful CLEAN hotel overall! My one complaint is that there was 1 towel that had hair on it when I opened it (😳). There were 3 other bath towels in the room though, and all of them were clean, as were all the washcloths and hand towels. I was very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the overall hotel and how modern/new everything looked compared to other hotels in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

I drove 10hours from Miami to get here and the hospitality was amazing immediately they got me a room so I can rest. And it was so clean, fresh, had enough towels amenities even breakfast available as soon as I walked in at 8am a gym like you feel at home. I will stay here every time when I’m back in Georgia.
