This is a former love hotel. I didn't realize it when I booked it. That being said, the room was big, even though a bit dated. The location was amazing. The toilet was the only normal toilet on my entire trip though, didn't realize those still existed in Japan.

Very friendly staff and in a great location. Beds were a little on the stiff side and we could feel each spring. Not the worst sleep but definitely have had better. Great place to stay if you just need somewhere to stash your belongings and rest your head for a decent price.

Yes its a bit tired and dated but its spotless and your room will be so much bigger than anything similar price wise in Tokyo. We had a room with a couch, double bed which lead onto a little hall area with Japanese toilet, sink area and full walk in shower with a bath tub to boot. Hotel provides all toiletries and was just fantastic. Good area min walk or so from Shinjuku station. Room are smoking but our room didn't smell at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
