Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Room was pretty noisy as it’s right on a highway and the elevator was shut down while I was there. I’d stay again

Too much noise from the highway all night long Pet fee is way out of line. $75.00 is not reasonable and over half of the room price for the night. Will not be back to stay

It was ok. The location is great, the staff is really nice. The breakfast is what’s to be expected. The lighting in the rooms is horrible. The pillows are lacking in any support and the beds are soft. The restaurant next door is very good. Not sure if id come back. Was grateful we were not facing the highway but the noise from the neighbors above and next to us was very loud and the doors are so heavy they all slam super hard and loudly. The shower is really weird. Fan was intermittent in the bathroom. Sometimes worked sometimes didn’t. But the gym, that was incredibly well kept and stocked with great equipment. It was a big toss up for us.

I question some of the previous reviews. We loved our stay here (3 nights). We chose a room on the parking lot side (very quiet), plenty of parking. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare, but varied each day... was all very good and constantly attended to. I have family in the area and will definitely stay here again!!!

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. We stayed in an accessible room, the shower was fantastic. Just wish I bright my swimsuit for the heated indoor pool (which also has accessibility for elderly and disabled.

Breakfast adequate. Staff attentive. Bed too high and difficult for a short senior citizen to climb into. Safety bar in tub on opposite wall and not useful in stepping into tub. No microwave in my room.

Everything was great except for the highway outside. Thankfully I always travel with earplugs so I slept fine. They seriously should offer guests earplugs who have rooms on that side. Breakfast was great, clean room and I felt safe. Will stay here again with my earplugs.

Front desk staff were very helpful on check-in. Needed a room safe to store electronics and at least two full towel racks for bath towels to dry quickly between the 4-day housekeeping service.

Contrary to my entry rating, we found a used wash cloth thrown over the shower stall, not located by cleaners. Would help to have a lamp by the lounge, very dark for reading if not in bed. Quick, efficient check in. Good variety of "eats" for breakfast. Clean elevators, hallways, etc. Friendly staff.

This hotel is nesteled in the cutest little neighborhood. The staff were all super friendly. When i had an ant problem in my room they immediately found us a new room to move to. When the juice machine in the breakfast room was broken, they still provided juice in bottles. I would have liked a microwave in the hotel as the food i put in the fridge became icy pretty quick since it was so tiny and the freezer part was super close to the fridge.

Most Hampton’s are “older” but this one seems a bit more updated. Conveniently right on Hwy 99 but unfortunately that means street noise. If your room faces the highway you’ll hear everything, otherwise I did sleep fine. The King Suite is spacious and not much more expensive than a regular room. Breakfast is decent, and Generations Sports Bar and Grill right next door is great! Very friendly front desk staff. Any time I’m in Sherwood I stay here…

From the moment I wss checked in by Megan to one of the best and most organized breakfasts I've had at a hotel, I felt valued. Wonderful experience! I wish there was a mixrowave in the room though. A microwave is one if those things that I take for granted in a hotel room these days. But even without the microwave... I would absolutely stay here again .

Bright property with lots of sunlight conveniently located to HW 99. Although the facility is fairly new, the furniture in the room and breakfast area is significantly stained. The pool and fitness center are first rate.

The hotel is only a couple of years old, so everything looks new and clean. It is unfortunate thought that the windows don’t open, which means that we can’t air the room out to get fresh air. We can only turn on the AC on.

Located close to shopping. Always clean and accommodating. We liked the size. Not too big! We’d definitely stay here again. Rooms are cute and beds so comfortable.

Our room still had items in the refrigerator. We only have 3 Kleenex and half a roll of toilet paper. When we called the front desk to ask for more she was very rude and seemed annoyed by the request. After 45 and still no toilet paper we called again and got the same answer. Finally someone brought us what we asked for. The breakfast was cold, potatoes were soggy and they were out of creamer, butter and a few common items. Seemed like no one cared. We were there for 3 nights and they never restocked the items that they ran out of for breakfast.
