Likes: Perfect for long weekend getaway of 2-3 days. Close to everything (restaurants, sights). Banks and grocery store very close by. On a side street tucked away from busy main streets. 2 min walk to Ammon Express tour pick up at Hotel Capsis. Safe neighborhood despite graffiti on the block. Easy access to airport bus. On main bus lines. Property recently renovated so clean lines inside the building. Easy to come/go.
Dislikes: No permanent on-site presence. Check-in can be tricky if delayed at airport and you miss your window. Eventually discovered contact via WhatsApp works best with Dimitris. Orientation information in the room for the building to include WiFi code, refresh period, emergency contact would have been helpful. Need hooks in bathroom (room 104); towels don't dry well making refresh on towels/sheets every 2 or 3 days difficult.
Overall: Would recommend working out details ahead of time and be persistent.
