I’ve stayed here about 5 times, always clean and staff is always friendly.

Receptionist was very kind and patient!

The staff was so rude and nasty to me I never want to return my car was towed away from the parking lot thinking I would be safe

Hilton brands are the gold standard for accommodations. I am always impressed with the level of service and the experience

We arrived at 1:45pm, assistant manager S didn’t give is a room because the check in is until 3 pm. I till that we didn’t sleep in the last 24 hours because we will working but she didn’t care. One hour later we were keep waiting for it and we asked again without one, we told her that we need to leave to an event and We left to a event. Around 8 pm with the news that the hotel was sold outand we need to go to another hotel. I was real upset because I made my reservation on May 7th almost 2 months in advance. The on charge person told us that the previous one knew that the hotel was overbooked and doesn’t know why she sent us to another hotel. I never had issues before but this is the last time that I book in Hilton hotels.

The pool table and atmosphere was appropriate.

It was ok, wife left her earrings and tried to get them back an hour after check out and the front desk was no help.

Simple hotel. Nice and clean. No complaints!

The room was decent for the price, however the front desk was unprofessional. The young lady that check me and my family into the hotel eat chipotle while checking us in. Room-

They did not have a room available forus and we were turned away at 1 am with no where to go.

When I arrived I asked if I had to pay in advance the whole three day stay because I wasn’t sure that I needed to stay the third night. They told me that upon checking in I had to be charged for the three nights I had reserved. Everywhere else you have 24 hours or 48 hours before to cancel. Also, the day I was checking out I called to see if I could have a late check out at 12:00 and was told that it was impossible. Also, the day that I arrived the hand and body lotion can in the bathroom was empty and there was very little hand wash left as also. I had to look for a maid in the hallway to fill it up. I would think these should be checked when preparing the room forba new customer. Also a disposable shower cap would have been very useful. Breakfast was very good, but I missed my bacon… I have to mention the good work and friendliness of Angelica at breakfast.These might seem like little details but they make the difference between very good and excellent. Everything else was excellent and I thus rated it in the survey. Thank you! Will probably come back when in the Dallas area. I hope you take my observations as something positive since there is always room for improvement. Thanks again!

Liked the modern vibe of the hotel. Did not like that there was no coffee pot to warm up water.

Wonderful staff.

Pros: room was clean, check in was easy, front desk staff was friendly, coffee is always hot. Cons: hotel charges a $2.00 daily fee to park on their lot even though you are staying at the hotel, room is only cleaned if you stay more than four days. If you want clean towels you have to go to the front desk. King size bed with 3 pillows.

Great location- easy access to food, shopping, airport, and Metroplex. Hotel facility was in outstanding condition and we were very impressed. 10/10 would recommend/stay again.

Will be back. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. May need to bring your own pillow though…

Arrived late due to flight delays. It had been a 23hr day already and I was in less than a good mood when I got to the hotel. I was greeted and handed a key and was in bed within 5mins. Love it when a long day ends smoothly.

Room is very minimal. There was no closet, One chair to sit in, and most of the furniture was made from median density fiberboard. There were some big pegs stuck on the wall to hang our clothes. Breakfast Was a premade omelet wrapped in a paper container or a poor rendition of a premade egg McMuffin wrapped in saran wrap.

It was a great Hotel and we will definitely be back!

Hotel was in great shape. I however asked for a room on the highest floor so I could get some rest before an early flight. I was given a room on the second floor overlooking the patio/pool area. There was a party of about 20 people that went on until almost 1am and they were loud. I was repeatedly woken up by the festivities happening right outside my window. I read a sign that quiet time was at 10pm but apparently did not apply to those outside. I won’t be back to this hotel.

Property did not let me stay because check in was past 12 , even though hotel was paid for and confirmed weeks before. I had a delayed flight and called ahead of time and they told me not to worry. When I got there they told me my reservation had canceled since it was past 12

I enjoyed everything that this hotel had to offer, except Free breakfast. My wife cannot have dairy, every other hotel would give her either just a couple slices of bacon or sausage but they said they can’t give her anything that is non-dairy at this hotel. Very frustrating!
