Great stay with really helpful staff. A variety available for breakfast. The hotel is located near shops on a steep hill. The hotel is well looked after; they were painting some areas during my stay. Comfortable room with everything I needed. I asked for an iron and one was brought to my room. Luckily they provided a little toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms, as I forgot ny toothbrush! Thank you for a welcoming stay.

The service from Yusuf and Afmed was excellent. They were very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Very clean and cozy hotel with helpful staff. And also a very good breakfast.
A very negative experience was that even though my reservation was " pay at property " , all the money was deducted from my Visa card without prior notice. And they were totally irresponsible for this matter, and they said that we do this as usual!

I decided to stay for 4 nights because of proximity to Taksim Square, airport shuttle and metro.
Excellent breakfasts and helpful staff.
