The room that we stayed in was like an echo-chamber! An end unit that had doors on either side of the hall. Our neighbors rolled in after midnight with what sounded like 8 kids. They screamed and ran the hallway on/off for 2 hours. Terrible night! Also, the road noise which was right outside our window made it sound like we were on the acutal road. After traveling all day from SC, we needed rest and got NONE! We finally got up early as there was no power from the storm. We were surprised that there was no generator to at least have lights in order to shower.

We actually stayed for only 3 hours after checking in when we decided to go to another hotel. This place was smelly l, pool was nasty and the area was very uncomfortable

Hotel on edge of FSU campus. It was adequate, nothing spectacular but for the price it was good. They have to lock the front doors at night due to questionable people around the area, which is necessary but annoying when trying to get in and out before 8 am. But the staff was excellent, the beds comfy. Breakfast was pretty standard but had a variety of breakfast meats instead of only one. One of the towels has questionable stains fortunately it was for the floor. All in all for a quick trip it was fine.

There was a roach in our bathroom. When we called the front desk to take care of it they said they would give us bug spray to kill it. It’s not my job as the customer to kill a roach and if there’s one I’m sure there are others. Disgusting!!!

The staff was very nice, and the room was very spacious. I truly enjoy staying at this location in Tallahassee. Never disappointed with service and cleanliness of rooms.

Beautiful Hotel! Very Nice and Clean! Very Spacious! The only issue we had is that our wall thermostat did not work but the a/c unit heater did work, took awhile to heat up but kept us warm and toasty while we slept! Will recommend to future visitors.

The hotel stay was great we were there for a FSU graduation ceremony. Staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms and beds were comfortable and clean.

We were on the third floor and very noisy with guests above us. 4 pillows for 4 people, did manage to find 2 more for us. We forgot to bring ours. Beds were more firm than we are used to.
Great location, nice breakfast, good shower, staff was very helpful. If it weren’t for the beds for my husband we’d stay here again.

The GM (Chris) and the staff at the desk were great! They helped us with local information about food and driving instructions that were better than any internet or GPS and on-line maps. The breakfast was also very well done and the hot foods were hot which is not always the case.

The good: service was friendly and the location is very convenient.
The less good: The keurig in my room had stale water so not sure how long since it had been cleaned. The room walls are very thin so noise between rooms and the outside was an issue leading to a below average sleep.
So a little good, a little less good makes for just ok.

We found a half eaten French fry in one of the beds and there was some kind of weird staining in bathroom on wall. I felt dirty after sleeping there.

I liked how quiet and clean the hotel was. The staff was very helpful. I had forgotten a shower cap and needed an extra pillow. They were very accommodating. My family and I loved the breakfast that was included.

There was a portable air blower on the floor between the beds in our room upon check-in as if they were attenpting to dry up a spill on the carpet. Room smelled dank and musty and the carpet was moist to the touch. Air was clammy and tenperature was hard to regulate. A very atypical HIE experience

Very loud people next door. Pot smoke pouring out the door. Staff finally told them to knock it off. Toilet wouldn’t flush unless you lifted the lid and did it manually. Not a good experience. Don’t recommend going there

The carpet was wet in the room. I mentioned it and was emailed that the carpet was steam cleaned and it would dry.
I was disappointed with this response.
They should have never put me in a room with wet carpet, regardless of the situation. The room was not suitable to be rented.
I should have been moved.
I believe I should receive a refund.

Overall this property was very clean, quiet and most everyone was freindly. The only complaint is that the waffle maker was broken everyday of our stay and the same breakfast items everyday and no bacon. The people putting the food out were not very friendly.

I have stayed here a few times and never disappointed. It super clean and quiet. Great staff and although neighbors around or more behind seems fishy this place is good.

Our hotel room was not clean. The towels were stained and we noticed fruit flies in the bread container at breakfast. Would not recommend.
