You need to call in from a small lobby. I felt safe inside. The front desk is fast and friendly. The hotel smells great, the room was very clean and fresh smelling. The front desk very helpful and super friendly. We had a fantastic stay.

Service was great, checkin was great. The gym was locked and difficult to access. The pool was locked and difficult to access. Everything required us to go to front desk to access.

We chose to stay here because we have stayed at many Hampton Inn and Suites before and always had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this particular location fell short. The hotel seems very new and the breakfast had a wide variety to choose from but that’s all I can say that’s positive unfortunately. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I did not sleep at all. The family I was traveling with tossed and turned all night as well. On top of this the AC was really not very functional and probably not much better than a portable fan. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything. The location is ok but right next to the train tracks. I would not stay here if you want to sleep.

The sink didn't work, I called and they told me that they don't have staff to fix it and they didn't care about the heat, it didn't work either. This hotel is a disaster. I will never stay here again, it's terrible.

Clean and very nice hotel. Service by staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great and the kids loved that they could make their own waffles.

Great stay, inside was wonderful, area is scetchy... with a man saring down my 3 daughters as i entered the hotel with them outside... they take security seriously and hire a security guard through the night which helps for car safety. Dream was a great start at the front desk very personable! Waters at entrance is a great touch.

Elevators were dirty with muddy dog paw marks. Alerted the front desk. They said they will take care of it. Hours later, elevators still dirty. Poor craftsmanships in bathroom. Smell of manure outside of the hotel, which discouraged me and kids from swimming in their outdoor pool. Dirty, stained furniture in the breakfast area.

Everything was great except the reservation by Expedia , First they booked me 2 days in front of the day, today that I wanted then when I arrived at the Hotel I was told there was no reservation under my name? I gave them th reservation number and it was for yesterday? Lucky for me the Hotel is not ran by Expedia?

Location was great. 5mins to the mall, lots of dining options, 15mins to Gilroy gardens. Morning breakfast was awesome. Didnt like - being a relatively new hotel, some of the electric plugs were not around. Our TV signal was poor, most of the channels were not working. BUT staffs were excellent, their behaviour were very friendly.

The pool was dirty. We found so many bugs and spiders. The downstairs bathroom weee not easily accessible for handicapped and children, the doors were locked durning business hours. This is a problem.

It was a nice hotel. The town gilroy in itself doesn’t have much to offer, but is an hour away from SF and a lot of beaches and SF suburbs are 1/2 hour to 45 min drive away , so that’s good.

Arriving for a late checkin I was greeted with a friendly staff. Surprised with complimentary water. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Very clean and welcoming.

This was the best hotel stay I've ever stayed for business or personal. This time my stay was business related and i had some things shipped to the hotel for a trade show. Eric and the young lady up front was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They brought the items up to my room which was very helpful since i had to check in later at night. The hotel and rooms were CLEAN. Cleaner than some 5 star resorts i've stayed at. They had a snack and food section by the front desk where the water bottles were free and everything else is reasonably priced. This hotel left such an impression on me, it compelled me to write this. It's my new standard for any hotel stays in the future. I will be back to stay here for my future business trips in the area. Thank you Eric and the young lady at the front desk, I regret not getting her name but if you read this you are awesome! Thanks again and see you soon.
