Element was extremely clean and cool. No issues, fast elevators, and very accommodating to my early check in. Vallet service was expensive but super fast.

I satyed here for my birthday weekend. It was great. The hotel valet and staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast included hot foods and grab and go foods along with juices and coffee. The bed was so comfortable and the view from the 30th floor was beautiful. It is in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. I enjoyed every minute of my stay.

Clean room. Nothing inside the hotel except tiny, overpriced snacks. If you’re looking for a place to sit at the bar in your hotel or have a meal, this isn’t the place. Valet parking is $75 a day. Not told until after you drop off your car. Find a parking garage

Really enjoyed the gym and breakfast. Clean rooms and great view from the 29th floor. Would book again for a nice get away. The city is very loud lots of cars beeping and you can hear the people even from so high up.

They didn’t have any hand soap available. The cleaning lady apparently forgot to check the refrigerator as there was leftover food in the freezer. It was ridiculous annoying how we had to get the attention of the valet when we got there…

It was my first time staying at an Element hotel and it will not be my last. I had an incredible experience. The service was outstanding. The happy hour and breakfast was excellent. The cleaniness of the hotel was a 10 out of 10.

Short weekend getaway to Philly. The staff at the Element was great. When we had a problem with our TV working they were helpful and made things right. Great location and love the kitchenette.

I like the front lobby staff; they were friendly and wished me a happy birthday. I was allowed to check in early, and my room was also upgraded. The hotel was very clean. However, there are a few things that I didn't like. When I first arrived on January 5th, the valet smelled like alcohol. The hot breakfast was terrible and needs to be revamped. There was a long wait to retrieve my vehicle from the valet. On January 7th, after checking out, when I received my vehicle from the valet, my car smelled like marijuana.

I was lied to by the valet guys that the valet cost $70 for the week I stayed and they charged me $60 a night just for parking alone I paid $500 this is ridiculous! Never again will I stay there. The outlets didn’t work I had no forks knives or spoons. I had a kitchen with no utensils unbelievable!

The Element was a great location, we were able to check in early which was great when you are only spending one night, the valet parking worked fine, the rooms were very nice.

Valet was terrible, took over an hour to get my vehicle. The "paid" free parking was non existent. Breakfast wasn't ready when stated it would be. Issues with key cards both nights

We got there around 3:00pm and the line was absolutely ridiculously long. There was only one person checking in guests. Eventually another person joined. We didn't get to our rooms until 5:30pm because it took forever to get people checked in. Other than that, it was great.

The property is located in a great spot. It is walkable to so many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The staff members were good. I know valet gets a bad rap, but they were pretty good, especially considering it was New Year's Day when we requested our car, and it was super busy. The room was great, and the mattress was one of the best I've ever slept on. The breakfast buffet is okay. You can't complain for what's free and complimentary. We would stay here, again, if we are ever in Philadelphia.

The staff onsite was very nice and friendly however; the staff that answered calls prior to arrival were not very helpful. The breakfast was basic but adequate and coffee was good. The bedside outlets (electrical and usb) in the room did not work, it was difficult to find a functional one in the room to charge phones - the blocks just fell out of the electrical outlets and the USB's didn't charge. The room did not look like it was fully cleaned prior to arrival, there was a used coffee pod in the machine, utensils in the dishwasher and hair on the bathroom vanity and shower floor. A room reserved for two adults had one bath towel and two wash cloths on arrival. The parking situation was awful, specifically the signs all over the hotel instructing not to text for car retrieval for New Year’s Day due to parade - to go directly to valet stand. Valet stand had nowhere to place luggage while waiting and immediately asked why we didn’t text so car would be retrieved prior to arrival. I received at least two emails instructing not to text - to go directly to valet?? The hotel went to the expense of having signage instructing not to text due to the Mummers parade and their valet vendor basically said it was a communication breakdown - that they are set up retrieve the cars upon receipt of text? Last but not least was the noise…the room was on the 11th floor and it sounded like we were outside in traffic, the sirens were nonstop.

This was a very convenient stay for us with our event just a few blocks away. The hotel was clean and cute, the rooms were great with the kitchenette and water filter from the sink, and breakfast was good. The fitness center was also nice. Would stay here again.
