Some Gym equipments aren’t working and are damaged. The breakfast wasn’t good, and customer were leaving there trash behind and no one was around to clean so it was so hard to find any table to set and we ended up cleaning our own table, trash cans in the dinning room were over flowing,We were charged for parking and that was not mentioned

Breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was very little to choose from. Some baics which would hve done much to enhance what was available were things like peanut butter for the bagels and toast or some fresh fruit or berries to add to the granola. Coffee was identified a being Starbucks but clearly a far cry. No bacon to accompany the eggs. Rooms were very spacious Hallways seemed to smell of marijuana.

I've been to this hotel many times and they now charge 13$ for parking which I think is not acceptable especially when you have to go back to your car after check in to add a tag inside your car. When it's late and in the rain, it's not welcoming. Also I had a room with view on the bridge and it was extremely loud and hard to sleep.

Had to change room twice.. 1st I ordered a double bed but was given a single bed at the change room, then, two days later, the door would not open something was wrong with the lock had to change room again

Never in my life did i have to pay for parking at a hotel, or be charged such a ridiculous fee upfront in case of me ruining something. I will never ever stay here or recommend this place to anyone. Ridiculous to charge your guests who are already staying there to pay you to leave their car there. On top of it i checked out the same day i checked in.

The property is well cared for. The room was clean. I've stayed here several times in 2023. The Sofa bed needs a little attention. You can see stains on the cushion. The garbage baskets should come with a plastic bag to avoid unnecessary messes. This time, I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast, but on other occasions, I did, and it was very good. The staff is very attentive and professional. Kudos to them. Please remember to give them a raise in lieu of a pizza party!

They sold an unsaleable room to me. The 1st and 3rd nights, we had to wake up 4 ~ 5 times during the nights because of machine running noise and cold air. I've got a cold and wanted to change the room, but it was ignored. The coffee for the complimentary breakfast was neither fresh nor hot. Generally, everything was not good enough for a 4-star hotel.

Sofa bed was really dirty and hotel didn't have any cleaning lady for my room. I complained twice because beside my room was so noisy like yelling and running at midnight. Receptionist was unprofessional to solve the problems. I was not happy to stay here and I moved to othet hotel.

The room and property are properly maintained and clean. Both check-in and check-out was seamless. If I need to find a potential negative it would be that the drinks and snacks available to purchase is a bit on the pricier side.

Hot water for shower wasn’t working, room phones were broken, and our room was only cleaned once during our stay. The breakfast buffet had very limited options and was barely palatable. Difficult to get transport to and from the hotel. Wouldn’t stay here again

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is very clean and has easy access to NYC via the George Washington bridge if you are driving. Overnight parking is only $13. The bar is nice and has a small restaurant. Spacious rooms.

Location, fine. Rooms are as expected but the front desk/bar service was deplorable. The ponytailed guy in the suit, Michael, had attitude from the minute we walked in. I only learned his name the next morning after talking to the am supervisor, as Michael didnt wear any nametag the whole time and was using a bartender’s ID to write and ring info. Abrupt and curt. Like he wanted to be anywhere else but the Hyatt. Later, I went down to the bar to get a glass of wine. I asked for a bar menu, and he acted as if I was inconveniencing him. He then slid the menu over and stared at me the entire time without saying one word. He then charges me double for the glass, and when I told him about the mistake, he said the extra amount was tax. It was not, as there was a separate tax line item. Instead of any apology, he said “Im just going to give you more wine because I already charged you.” At this point, he was such a jerk, I told him I wanted to pay the right price, and he continued to refuse.when he finally agreed, instead of doing it, he proceeded to get bills and food for other customers, intentionally making me wait. I have stayed at many Hyatt and Grand Hyatt hotels and have never come across such a rude individual. It is clear he hates his job. He is inhospitable in the hospitality industry. I was shocked to learn the next morning that he is the night manager. He tarnishes Hyatt’s image. The daytime workers were great, so it’s sad he wrecks the experience.

Front desk/bar staff were poorly informed and didn't seem to care about us. Told us there was no noise difference between the front and back, when in reality the front (which we picked) was much noisier due to the highway.

The accommodations were fine but not at the price. Add in that they charge for parking and have a higher than average non refundable pet deposit and you realize you're money is better spent elsewhere.
