Good location. Hob and microwave provided. Washing machine. No washing powder or washing up liquid left. Noisy at night due to nearby bars and mopeds. Windows moved in the wind and we struggled to sleep. Beds were squeaky with panels hanging off. Carpet was dirty. On the second floor with no lift. Entrance door left unlocked all night.

Very spacious room, especially since most hotels in Japan are usually only big enough for a bed. Good space for 4 people, and the tiny kitchen was useful. The location was right next to a station, which was 2 stops away from Shinjuku station. There is a REALLY good bakery right around the corner from here that opens at 10am. Absolutely must go there if you stay here. The only cons are that we couldn't get the wifi to work, and the chairs on the dining table were super wobbly and we were worried about breaking them. Also the overhead lights made it feel like a doctors office, so we just used the lamps. I think they should install one more lamp in here to make it cozier.
