The hotel is reasonably priced, at a good location, and is comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly, and there is complimentary coffee/tea. The down side is that they do not provide housekeeping and unless you know to ask for it the night before, you may run into an issue. The safe in the room gets stuck, so unfortunately not a reliable feature. Overall good for a stay in Orlando.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s very affordable, clean and new, complimentary coffee (not breakfast), great location to shopping, universal, and other fun Orlando items. Rooms are small and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but the pillows were nice. Everything smelled good too. The shower was cool because it has a rainfall shower head as well as a handheld one that you can use both at the same time or one or the other. Overall a great stay and I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Our trip started off rocky when we pulled up to hotel! So much construction and our tires lost the battle! We go to check in and the front desk staff so kindly helped us by giving us names of places to get to quick! We got there around 6:30 and most places were closing at 7! The staff was top notch, kind and incredibly sweet! We will return when back in Orlando!

Hotel is amazing, but the customer service was horrible. We had 2 flights cancelled and finally my family with three young kids got to the hotel at midnight and they tried to deny us our prepaid room.

We stayed two nights in this hotel with wonderful location and nice sight to Universal studios, highway and nearby hotels. Room was very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The only negative side I found that the lighting swithes/ led drives or something kept very high pitch noice with lights on which was a bit disturbing at first but we got used to it very fast - forgot it and it did not bother at night which was a relief. I also forgot to mention it when checking out so it was not a big deal. Employees were very lovely and helpful. Very tasty takeaway or eat in breakfast options. Parking was easy and there was plenty of room in parking lot. Overall experience was very good and highly recommended.

Very nice and clean but we were disappointed that there was no breakfast hospitality available. They advertised an ala cart restaurant but apparently they gave the cook the morning off. For the price of the room I was very surprised by the lack of this availability. Bring back the complimentary breakfast.

E rented two suites but they turned out small and the fridge was tiny, only a drink cooler and one of them didn’t with. The beds were uncomfortable and the hallways were blazing hot and the elevators were hot as well. The bathroom sink was in the entryway of the rooms and the suites didn’t feel like suites. The couch bed was so thin the springs were literally uncomfortable.

Staff were very helpful, let us check in early. Good location. All very clean. Only downside is that you can’t prevent the bathroom light from turning on, which is annoying during the night.

Hotel is very clean. Plenty of space in lobby area to sit around. The rooms are a good space with just enough room. However, the mini fridge has a light for the digital temp which lights up the whole room. The other light switches on the wall also flash a small light all night.

Booked this property because of the fireplace in the lobby. It did not disappoint. The weather was chilly and raining all weekend. So we sat by the fireplace and just visited twice. It was great not to have to leave the property. The room was spacious, with visually pleasing wall coverings, and very clean. The bed and pillows comfortable. Tina our front desk clerk was friendly and helpful many times during our short stay.

Clean, clean, clean. This place was so very clean. I found this hotel after noping out of an abnb, and another comparably priced hotel bc of cockroach infestations. This was the third place in one night that we checked into. We were so relieved to finally enter a spotless room with no cockroachs and no evidence of cockroachs anywhere. I could not recommend this place more.

Nice place. The room has a fair space. The staff is ok. The only problem is that they make de housekeeping every three or four days, which I think is not a cleanest and healthiest way to do. They have free parking, which is very good. When the parking is full, you can park on Super 8, that is a hotel from the group, just beside.

This property was wonderful and ideal. Literally around the corner from universal and off the I-drove strip. I cannot express how wonderful the staff was but the fact that our room was perfect. We had a double queen room tat had a pull out couch, bathroom was large with a stand up shower. We were near the elevator and yet it was rather quiet. The hotel had a full bar but also offered many quick service options such as Mac for kids plus a microwave with several drink options. Breakfast was a-la-cart but reasonable in price and quantities. We stayed right after Christmas and the price was rather reasonable considering many hotels charge for numerous accommodations and parking charges, this hotel didn’t charge for such services. I’d definitely stay here again, they went above and beyond!

The only complaint was that there was no bathroom door. A sliding door that covers the toilet entry made us all not want to use the bathroom. You could lean and look right in to whoever was using the toilet.

a very modern, sleek looking hotel, room was clean and tidy upon arrival and was maintained throughout the week to a good standard, fresh towels every 3 days wasn’t ideal but could be changed upon request at front desk, area around the hotel was okay but could have been better (at no fault of the hotel) but various restaurants not too far away if looking to eat locally, and although the walk to universal studios was pretty lengthy, it was easy to get to without asking for directions, front desk staff and locals were very helpful and friendly would definitely stay here again.
