A cozy house just south of downtown (just north of the ferry dock). We had the guest suite (downstairs), which had a minor disadvantage of pipes running across the ceiling, but otherwise, it was well soundproofed and got good light from outside.
Breakfast was provided each morning and was a mix of berries, fruits, yoghurts, and scrambled eggs. The hosts (and their three dogs) ere wonderful people, very friendly, with a lot of hospitality experience.
Would stay again!

Room was small and only had ceiling light. No bedside lamps. Bed could be better. Location was good for us to get to park or over to Kingsville. Had use of full size fridge which was very helpful. Shared bathroom which did not pose any problems for us. Parking on site.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 40th anniversary visiting Pelee Island and National Park. We knew we’d be out and about during the day and wanted clean, basic and safe accommodation. Nicklin House delivered on that and more. Paul was a great resource for everything from local events to restaurants and wineries. The room was small but comfortable and we slept soundly and well all three nights. Other guests were respectful and there were no issues with the shared bathroom, or parking. Breakfast was good value, with superlative coffee! We will return if in the area again.
