Beds are rock hard, not super comfortable, but the price is right. Towels are supposed to be provided at the pool, but no towels there. Had to ask for extras

It was good, reason for low stars is that i was travelling with children and they didnt even have booster seats or high chairs available for the breakfast. It made breakfast long, annoyong, drawn out and i never even was able to eat with 2 kids under 3. Caused my day to start off on the wrong foot

The lady that answers the phone is amazing. The rooms are quiet, clean and very roomy. I have stayed here a few times now and always enjoy it.

Like that the rooms are spacious. Bathroom area is small though. Beds are hard and need to be replaced. I do like that there is an apartment sized fridge.

The room is fine like that it has a kitchenette. The breakfast was kind of non existent was cereal bagels. No protein no milk for cereal coffee virtually empty tasted burn. Sad because the rest of the stay was good. As closed the pool by nine a little early

The hotel was dated but very clean. I don’t think I have ever had an experience where a hotel staff were as accommodating as this place. Anything we needed, they made happen. I can’t speak highly enough about how well we were treated.

The pet green space was great. However a $25 per night charge when I would be surprised if ALL the bedding was changed between guests, or a deep cleaning of the carpets. I get a conveneince charge, but it should be a one time fee. The pool was tiny, and was closed between 11-1 and then closed for the night at 9pm. No hot tub, either. The bathroom fan in our room was broken, so it stayed extremely humid in the room. Also, it took about 5 minutes (not an exaggeration) for the water to get hot in the shower. Huge waste of water. Charging for dishes not washed is also silly. I've never seen this before. Also, it does not create standards to be met for future guests checking in expecting clean dishes. Overall, though, for $89 a night, it was affordable and met our basic needs. The front desk people were very friendly. The location was very convenient.

I booked with credit card as all motels requer, yet i had to leave a $600 deposit on a one night stay, so rood, then breakfast was not a complementary breakfast. It was more like a snack bar.,

The staff are AMAZING. They are very hospitable, friendly and charming! The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The breakfast room is large, clean, and nicely decorated. The parking was very convenient and ample. The only thing I did not enjoy was the lack of television watching options. It would be beneficial to add Netflix for guests, or more channels/movies on the cable/satellite. I will definitely stay here again, frequently.

Staff are very helpful. They kept breakfast open later for us on Saturday because my granddaughter was sick so we were late getting down there. She got stuff out for us that was already put away.

-On check-in we were told our reservation did not exist despite having given my last name 5 times to both the clerk and night manager. I even showed the confirmed booking on my phone to which I was told it was a scam. Turns out they were looking for first names when the convention is always last names. Negligent and unprofessional, to say the least. -The door to the room was askew and would not close shut by itself. -On day two we had to ask for new towels as housekeeping neglected to leave us some despute being asked. I had to go to the front desk and ask for replacements. -Jams and marmalades were super hard and would not spread. Juices were room temperature, not enough boiled eggs stocked and coffee cups were thin and very small. Apples and oranges were old and bruised. Sugar almost never available. The so-called free breakfast was entirely worthless. I have stayed there once before in 2018 and things were much better then, but now it has gone down. The pool was closed both times.

The room was nice. Loved the idea of the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub, which was a favorite. The continental breakfast was good, with a good amount of options. However, the bed was like an RV foam mattress that was pretty stiff. Overall, for 1 night stay, it wasn't bad. Not too sure if we could have been comfortable enough in the bed to sleep another night though.

Excellent service, massive rooms with awesome bunk option. Decor was a bit dated but clean. No bad selection on continental breakfast even on Christmas morning. Was disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance.

Great hotel - blankets a little thin but the in room fireplace makes up for that. Pool is closed, which we were unaware - spoke with the front desk manager and she was amazing! Gave us half the money for a family pass to swim at the large leisure center in town. We will be back in the future (Single mom of 3 small children)

Great property at a great price. We usually travel 6 hours driving in one day from Grande Prairie to Red Deer. But this time we broke up the trip after 3 hours, and we still got to our destination before noon with plenty of time for visiting. We will do it again.

The lovely woman who checked us in was sincere and friendly. She happily accommodated all of our additional needs. She made is feel very welcome! The lobby of the hotel was impeccably clean!!! Very impressive check in!!!
