Nice hotel, but do not trust the room categories, sea-view is not sea-view unless you are at the window. We also found the service arrogant, no check-in before16:00, regardless.

We really enjoyed our stay! I love the ambience of the whole place! Everything was clean and the location is definitely desirable. This was our first time here, but won’t be our last!

All good. The whole staff is amazing and welcoming, making our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. The place is relaxing and clean. The Landshark Bar & Grill served great food and drinks as well as the Joe Merchants Coffee & Provisions, they have a little bit of anything a traveler would need. Gym is clean with great equipments. The pool is great, clean and warm despite the cold spring weather. We will deffinitely come back.

I love margaritavill hotels this one was good wot was the down I ask the restaurant to charge to my room and my card was charge directly they told me in the front desk I will get recount when the restaurant menagerie will be in other down is valet parking someone told me there is free street parking but was to late allready they shut inform people before that there is free street parking around this is still no problem my biggest complain is that around 9 am housekeeping was knocking on my and other people doors and asking you are checking out and the check out is at 11 so almos 2 hours and my plan was to check out at 11 but they wake me up and I just left that is not good

Wonderful fun experience. Cute themed rooms. Water faucets were shaped like fins! Second floor restaurant with outdoor seating and ocean view. Also a ground floor restaurant near the pool with a sand dune view.

Great location , fair prices for food. Clean comfortable rooms and amenities. Elevator broken and no clear directions provided on how to navigate around the hotel and area.

Buyer beware when booking an ocean view room, you see a smudge of the ocean from a standing balcony big enough for two people. The only room that allows you a view of the shore line are the suites. The first room they assigned us had wing sauces all over the window, desk and phone and the room was filthy.

Our stay was good. The rooms do not have a microwave. They charge $20 to use the microwave. The restaurant charges 18% gratuity on all To-Go Orders, which is ridiculous!!!

Ms Loni at the front desk was amazing- she went out of her way to make our stay memorable as we had a handicap person with us. She was friendly, efficient, and extremely nice. I’m so thankful.!!! Our food was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The decor is simply amazing. The only thing missing from our trip was sunshine. It rained all day.🙈

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and manager allowed it. The ocean view room is very misleading description. There were cigarette butts all over the balcony and burns on the patio furniture when it's supposed to be non smoking. The food is awful and overpriced. The pool is fully shaded by 2pm.

Hotel was clean but definitely short staffed when we were there (I think there was some big golf tournament happening in Jacksonville). We had to wait a while for sheets for the sofa bed and the shower was not very impressive (low temp and low pressure). Gym and lobby were in excellent condition, laundry was also clean (but someone needs to clean the liner of the washers, they were filled with gunk). The beach and sand behind the hotel were gorgeous! One of the best sandy beaches I have ever seen.

Great girls birthday weekend! The hotel and rooms are well maintained. The staff is very groans helpful. The only downside was trying to order breakfast at Joes . Very limited options and understaffed. After waiting a considerable time to order a breakfast sandwich was told they were out of eggs.

The entire experience was horrible. Took almost an hour to check into our room. Due to the front desk clerk having a mismatched number from what was on from the hotels.com send with their virtual card. Wouldn't put us in a room and completely ruined our plans for the evening.

From the time we got the valet parking parking attendant was helpful told us what we needed to do. Also when we got to the front desk to check in they were very helpful. Also room was clean beautiful view. There’s a lot to do also all over the hotel highly recommend we will be back

We had a great stay and highly recommend! This hotel is right on the beach with a heated outdoor pool. The area is cute with lots of great places to eat and shop. We loved Lynches tavern too.

Valet lost our car fob (misplaced it on our last visit). Had to Uber to Mayo appt arriving late because they waited to tell us the key fob was lost. Left the car unlocked in valet, thankfully nothing missing. Asst managed called me I called back and he never returned the call so no idea if our fob was ever found. They did pay for a new fob to be made which was expected.

Facility was a joy to be in, brightly lit, nice furnishings and well laid out. The downside was poor temperature control in the room. Even though heat was on, it never got above 73 and there was always cold air blowing out of one register.

Enjoyed our night at Jacksonville Beach Margaritaville. Hotel was clean, lovely, comfortable bed and great shower. The check in and out process was very easy and convenient. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The front desk staff were terrible , They didn’t want to check us in , we reserved and paid Expedia , although they saw the reservation and the itinerary number as they said that we have to call Expedia ourselves to get them to release the payment , which is not our job at all , we were so tired after a long drive and my to kids were sleeping on the floor waiting for the room , and they were soooooo careless , we asked them to call us Expedia and see what they want , didn’t even care Sooooo bad experience
