These beds were definitely not queens as advertised. They were fulls. When we got into our room the TV did not work and neither did the phone. We also asked to stay on the same floor as other family that were checking in. He confirmed that there was plenty of room on the second floor for all of us and then he goes and puts my sister on the 4th floor for no apparent reason.

Overall this was a good stay. I’d give it 4.5 star but the site doesn’t allow for that. Our place was clean and the service staff was very friendly and polite. The only things that could’ve made it better is a softer bed. I’m a side sleeper so my shoulder was in a bit of pain. The major thing for me though that I truly hope this hotel completely gets rid of and I had a real problem with is that the parking pass is a piece of paper with your room number and the date you’re leaving and you have to display that on your dashboard. So essentially anyone can know all of the information of your stay. I was in a rental suv and forgot that I had it on the dash when I went out. Please seriously consider the safety of your guests as we do NOT want that information publicly displayed like that. What about single women that are traveling. How safe is it for you to really be displaying all of their information like that? Just have something that literally says La Quinta parking pass and has some bar code or something so that security can scan it to confirm if they ever needed to. Maybe that’s not the solution but there should 1000% be something different than what your current policy is. That was a huge turn off but the rest of the stay was great.

The hotel is perfectly nice, and clean, but the breakfast is mediocre at best. Lots of choices, but the orange juice doesn’t taste very good, the eggs, sausage, and French toast was cold. But they do have waffle irons to make your own hot waffles. The parking lot is small, and it seems like parking is limited. So if your vehicle is big, you might have a tough time parking it in this tiny lot.

Wonderful hotel. Easy to find off the highway. The desk clerk was friendly and helped me find a place to eat for dinner (it was late). My room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very nice. I also used the gym which I enjoyed. The equipment was in excellent working order.

My wife and i have our usual hotels that we frequently stay at on trips, and decided to change it up. Honestly, i dont know why we didn't do this sooner, the hotel was amazing. The service was great, room was big, (even had 2 tv's so i could watch a movie on the couch while she slept in bed with other tv off. The bed (king) was amazingly soft and comfortable, we usually bring our own pillkws with us, but this bed had 6 full size ones already, and as soon as i laid down, i was out. We had an early morning planned, and it was so great that there was a full breakfast already waiting for us, eggs, sausage, toast, english muffins, bagels, french toast strips, coffe, and all the condiments and fruit you'd need, along with milk, orange juice, tea, ect. The whole experience was amazing, this chain of hotel, is now or #1 for bookings when we travel.

Shops, supermarket, restaurants, pet store are all located across the street. Very clean hotel, comfortable matress and pillows. Breakfast served every day. There are extra fees for parking and pets. Definetly recommend

All areas of the property were clean and modern. Rooms are quiet as long as you get a room not facing the freeway. Breakfast was good. This is my hotel of choice when I visit Santa Rosa.

I stayed in an executive suite, because the photos show a balcony area with this room. At check in, I was told that’s only available with a Deluxe King option. It shouldn’t be advertised with the pictures of this room, hence my 3 star rating. Aside from that and the subpar continental breakfast, everything else was superb. The staff was friendly at check in. The room was very clean and up to date, the bed felt amazing and although I was facing the highway (though I asked to be placed on the opposite side), I never heard a sound. Bring coffee pods, they have Keurig’s in the room for the coffee drinkers, my room also had a microwave, and fridge. There are a bunch of restaurants basically across the street, as well as Target, Trader Joe’s, and Costcos. I will say, pick the executive suite if you want some extra legroom to move around, but not if you’re looking for outdoor space. Per other reviews check in early to get a room away from the highway. I was there promptly at 3 and they couldn’t accommodate that need for me. 3 Stars!

2nd time here on our way up and back from Seattle. It’s so convenient and everyone is super nice here. It’s very clean and also pet friendly. We will always stay here.

Great stay for the price. Clean modern hotel with a good pool and hot tub. One side of the hotel is a little close to the highway but our family member that stayed on that side said they didn’t have trouble falling asleep.

My grandmother and I had a wonderful stay. The only critique I would have is that the bathing facility in the handicap room I asked for was difficult to use for my grandmother. She is unable to bathe sitting in a bathtub without a bench. And she is unable to stand for long periods of time to take a shower.

The hotel was conveniently located just off the freeway (101) . The Hotel parking was $10 a day and it was very difficult to find an available space each night of our three night stay (in the evenings). No housekeeping services for 2 days which was supposed to happen daily. Rooms were spacious but well-worn carpets, cold bathrooms (no heating vent, stone floors, no heating light) and 'dated' looking furniture. The beds were comfortable but needed more blankets. Continental breakfast was provided and it was extensive and good. We appreciated the Manager crediting one night and the parking fee due to our disappointment with the lack of service and lack of parking.

Overall experience was good but when taking a shower, the hot water couldn't remain hot, had experienced cold water during the shower. The staffs should check and change the water bottle more frequently, it happened twice within the same day that running out of water from the bottle; Also, there was NO hot water from the water machine even there was a hot water button on it.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. Nice breakfast. Improvement suggestion: the younger staff at the desk had no idea how to recommend restaurants. Maybe a short list of options printed would be good. We researched on our own and went to Bird and Bottle which was excellent....the front desk staff suggested Applebees.......

We had some reservations based on other reviews but everything overall was great. Pros: New gym Breakfast included was fresh and hot Friendly service House keeping every day Cons: Restaurant/bar was mostly closed Parking on site is $10/day and limited No clothes to wipe down equipment in gym Hot tub was broken but staff did not tell us

We had several problems. Before we got there. we were called and asked to change from a 2 bed room to a 1 bed room. We agreed, but when we arrived, we had the 2 bed room. We had to get batteries for the TV remote so we could work the TV. The sink in the bath did not drain well at all. We were only there one night so reported it so it could be cleaned for the next renters. One problems is not an issue. Multiple problems are a problem.
