Excellent location

There was an excellent service in all ways, the staff was kind and always give the extra mile

The person at the front desk was very rude. She had a bad attitude and was not helpful. When we checked out, she still had the same attitude and a terrible disposition. I reserved two rooms and she totally charged my family and I incorrectly. She also over charged my elderly parents an additional $100. for their room. What an inconvenience! I’m sure she treats other guests the same. She’s not fit for this simple job. Also, the electrical outlet in the rest rooms were not functioning. I had to call the front desk and they sent maintenance to our room during our stay. That was unprofessional.

The walls are very thin and I heard flushing in the walls and people in the room next to me all hours of the day.

Always enjoy staying here! This timr around idk what it was but the floors were rather slippery. Had them mop it and it somewhat worked. Staff is always awesome and friendly wit us!

I didn’t like that they wouldn’t empty trash daily ,didn’t offer clean towels , I didn’t like their breakfast, insects in bathroom sink, room was very small, and not very much parking space

This hotel is fine, it wasn’t anything special though. The biggest let downs were the storage spaces and the free breakfast. Now, maybe I just didn’t look into it enough but I was surprised when I got to my room and noticed no closet, no dresser, nothing. There are hooks on the wall that they’re trying to pass off as a closet. You have to hang your clothes on top of each other on hooks across from your bed, my pants were folded on a table above the mini fridge, overall super unorganized. No storage in the bathroom either, you have to just leave all your products on the counter which isn’t large by any means. The breakfast was advertised as this adorable breakfast bar with options for everyone. Now, I know these free breakfasts aren’t anything special but this one is particularly lacking. You can either eat a bagel, toast, premade sandwich, oatmeal or make your own waffle. No eggs, no protein, no fruit. And then the rest of the bar is just sugary toppings. It’s nothing like I expected and even with my low expectations, it somehow went below them. I also just feel like all the floors in this hotel are sticky, my room was particularly sticky—my socks were grey after just walking around my room..

Very clean, great staff.

Check is was easy, breakfast was good, the sleep was nice, Auto curtains and blackout is very nice. The rolling desk and chair were good. AC being on already was perfect. The sink was durty when we got in, and we later discovered it didnt drain very well at all. I notified the staff so the next guest didnt have the same issue.

The room was to small, no microwave no coffee maker and the refrigerator was to small the breakfast nothing to write home about but the coffee was good

Everything was great. I was just expecting a bigger room and not so compact. I had my 8 month old daughter and wife and it the space to walk around was very limited. Overall a great hotel though!

super clean hotel! and really beautiful

Terrible hospitality - stayed four days - was acknowledged by the front desk only twice. A/C unit in my room was broken and needed to be completely replaced. Shower in ADA designated room was leaking - so much that there was a 2 foot puddle from the bathroom to the bedroom. When checked out I reported this to the staff they just shrugged - no apology or indication they cared to address it. This remodel is just lipstick on a pig.

The overall stay was good for what it was. The lady who greeted us to check us in had the worst attitude and was more interested in her phone but the employees who followed her were great and helpful. Room was small but expected from this hotel. Clean, quiet and would stay again.

Nice hotel that was comfortable and clean. Great complimentary breakfast with lots of options.

I just want to say I had the best sleep in my life!! Those beds and pillows are like clouds! 🙌 Si if you really want to sleep while you are on a trip you should stay at Tru by Hilton! Plus the building was super clean! And they offer Breakfast!

One of the best hotel cheap and in general was good experience

Shower stall was very slippery. Eventually fell out of shower onto floor causing multiple contusions, cut leg and cracked ribs. Reported this and rattling AC to front desk. They just made a note in their log book and I left.

Low profile room

The staff was very friendly and the check in check out process was very smooth. The room was ok. My biggest issue is the morning we were getting packed up to leave we saw a small roach crawling on the sink in the restroom. That definitely damped my whole experience and at that point I was ready to pack up and go.

The water was turned off at 10 pm and didn’t return services until 5 am. They made repairs on a weekend.

I'm very disappointed with the service; as soon as I arrived at the front desk, I waited for about 10 minutes to be attended. There was no welcome greeting. The lady by the name "Ashley" did not welcome me. As soon as I showed my ID and CC for incidents, she handed me two keys for my room. She did not ask if I needed one or two keys, she did not provide any information about coffee, breakfast, or snacks etc, and She did not provide information about wifi (I had to ask her). My room was terrible; the AC was making a lot of noise during the night, I had to turn it off , and I could not sleep. Next day at front desk, the same lady asked me ...what do you need? I told her check out, gave her the keys, and never asked how my stay was, hope to see you back, have a nice day, etc. I will never stay again in this chain of Hotels!

Rooms are cabana size. Meaning just enough space. Just without the beach outside your door. Nice friendly staff.
