Hotel was fresh and updated. A few little cleanliness issues like hair in the bed and bathroom floor but otherwise clean. They did have a sign that there was a housekeeping shortage. The road noise was very loud in our room and so was the air conditioner. Every time the AC would come on it woke us up. The beds and bedding were average, not terrible but not the best. No carpet in the rooms seems more hygienic but it was noisy with little ones running around and we could hear others walking above us.

I loved this location and the easy access to lots of things around Huntsville. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. However, a couple of incidents left me wondering how secure the hotel is. First, there was a lot of maintenance going on in the building. I assume this is why a bucket with an entry key card was left by an exterior door (to allow maintenance to come in and out). While I understand this was probably convenient for the maintenance team, it was definitely not safe. Additionally, my son and I came back to the hotel around lunchtime to discover the door to our room was open. There was no evidence of a visit from housekeeping. We decided to assume it was a fluke. We came in and took a nap (we'd had a very early start to the day). When we woke up, we found the door ajar once again. I checked to make sure the door was fastening properly, and it was. I made a visit to the front desk, who agreed that it was bizarre and said they'd switch our room if it happened again. My personal best guess as to what was happening (because several other doors were open on our hallway) is that the housekeeping staff was opening the doors and leaving them ajar so they could pop in and out as needed. Again, I understand this might be convenient for them, but it isn't safe or secure for the guests.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating. My room was clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My husband was in Madison Hospital. I needed somewhere to sleep that was affordable, safe and comfortable. This hotel was all three. The room was not large, but adequate for my needs and clean. There is not a dresser to store clothes, but there is a small closet and two padded benches to put your belongings on. The breakfast was good, a step above a continental breakfast with egg and sausage biscuits, pre-made wrapped omelets and the usual oatmeal, bagels, etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was absolutely filthy. Mold and hair in the shower, and build up all in edges along with filthy floor of shower. Toothpaste splattered all over bathroom wall. Paint chipping off toilet. Baseboards filthy. Hair in the sheets of the bed. 2 super thin blankets on the beds. The overall cleanliness of the entire hotel is terrible and very unkept. Dirty walls throughout hallways, filthy elevator, and trash pilled up outside by door and trash throughout hallways by rooms such as pizza boxes and bags of trash. Staff was mediocre and the breakfast was pathetic. No fresh hot food, just sugar filled packaged oatmeal, stale bagels, watery juice and yogurt. Wanted to leave an honest review since all reviews I saw prior to stay were good. I personally would never stay here again. They need to get employees that take pride and care for the property better.

Stayed for a wedding in April. Super close to the airport and highways. Room was clean and quite. The only negative is that they did not have a dresser or any drawers to put clothes in. Other than that very good stay.

Toilet not cleaned with dried urine on inside and outside of seat. Room hot and humid with mildewed odor on arrival- they must’ve forgotten to turn the air on while simultaneously forgetting to clean the bathroom. Requested King got 2 queens. Mini-Refrigerator was room set to room temperature. WiFi would not allow streaming to TV for first 2 hours. I think that was about it. Except for all listed above, this was the perfect place for my wife and I to spend our anniversary night.

Room is very small. Barely big enough for two people. No coffee in room. TV was not working, had to call front desk. TV powered up with full volume each time used, annoying. TV does not display channel so difficult to use. Overall, it was OK but needs some attention.

It was a great hotel, coffee was down stairs and ready all day. Did not make it down for breakfast. Location is right next to a gas station and I missed the turn so make sure you turn by the gas station and it loops to the hotel. Very clean and great service.

Arrived after a long 10 hr drive and exhausted!!! The room was dirty! It had not been swept- toe nails and other debris on the floor. One bed looked like it was “clean” and the other bed definitely was not changed with makeup on the sheets. My husband who doesn’t want to make waves just went to the desk and ask for clean sheets so after midnight, we was making a bed on my vacation. Once in bed, the room above us was loud bouncing a ball and moving around their suitcase with wheels and making noise until after 2:00am! The wall were super thin!!! The shower was not clean and had toilet paper wet balls stuck to the ceiling above the shower. So very disappointed in our stay. I can’t comment on the breakfast, because we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. There was no one at the desk when we checked out to discuss our concerns.

The hotel was great. Its is only 2 years old, so everything is still very new. Rooms are small but nice. Everything works, you still have all the amenities, and no critters.

Stay was great and comfortable. The room smelled amazing and was very nice and clean. Front desk clerk was amazing at accommodating my need to be on the first floor. Will recommend to anyone and also stay again.

These rooms are super nice and quiet. Parking isn’t ideal when checking in after 9:00pm, but it’s a trade-off for the niceness of the hotel itself. Staff was friendly but there was more involved at check-in (swiping a card for the deposit, paperwork, etc.). A quicker check-in is appreciated late in the evening. The room is compact but very orderly and clean. I just wish there was a tub! If this place served a breakfast, I think it would take it to the next level. But I very much enjoyed the clean room, friendly staff, and location. It’s nice to stay at a contemporary-styled hotel for an affordable rate.

Very clean, modern, well thought out, and all the employees I interacted with (front desk and housekeeping) were very courteous and efficient. I loved that the rooms didn't have carpeted floors, which bother me in hotels since carpet just harbors no end of dirt.

When I went to check in there were 3 employees standing around in the area, all with their head in their phones and I was ignored for the 1st 30 seconds to 1 minute. It seem the person helping me did so out of frustration or agitation.
