The rooms are not very well planned out. And the floor was very uncomfortable. The person next to us played his TV so loudly all night long that our bed vibrated well until 4 o’clock in the morning. We called downstairs several times and they did nothing. We also asked for towels, that never came.

Overpaid for this place. The room looks like a dorm room and is not very fun. It was clean but I dislike its style. They even charged me for parking and they even put a tip envelope on my pillow 😂. Coffee is terrible and breakfast was nothing to get excited about. I will never stay at this place again.

We were disappointed with a Hilton affiliation being such a dump. The matteess was about 6 inches deep and very uncomfortable. Tacky everything! No microwave or coffee pot. Anytime we see " TRU" associated with any accommodation...don't bother. Second time they were cheap and plasticity.

The area was nice and quiet to stop the interstate. close to shops. Where could buy supplies if needed? What I did not like was no kitchen in apartments

Door not full closed and noisy AC. Couldn’t sleep but only one night so I just get through the night and never been back on this one again

I assumed that the hotel would clean our rooms and provide us with towels everyday - that did not happen, nor did they let us know that information at check in. They cleaned our rooms every other day and we had to ask for clean towels. Our rooms were not cleaned until 3:00 or 3:30 - seems late compared to other hotels I have stayed at recently. The beds were comfortable we did not get to enjoy the free breakfast because of our early work schedule but they did provide us with free coffee.

The bottom sheet had no elastic so it would pull away exposing the mattress pad. I hate that. The wood frame around the bed can be hard on the shins. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay.

It all comes down to the bed and bedding and both weren't hilton quality. Bed was hard, the pillows too soft and the sheets are cheap microfiber that make you hot all night. The lobby was cute and family friendly. Staff was very nice. I wouldn't stay there again though and that's a bummer cause my daughter lives near by and it is the perfect location to stay while visiting her.

Everything was great. We were slightly disappointed that the pancake machine was waiting on a belt so we couldn’t have those pancakes. That was a fun plus that we were looking forward to but hopefully next time it’ll be fixed other than that we had a great time.

Other then hearing whom ever was upstairs and beside my room, they were nosey. Upstairs would wake me, i ket the front desk know and it still happened. I stayed there for 5 nites!

It was clean, no bugs. The decor and free breakfast was as low budget as it comes, like the Dollar Store of hotels with corny schtick everywhere you look. Trust me, you'll understand when you see it. Low-budget corporate kitsch designed by bean-counter's with MBA's in hospitality. Crass American low-road corporate greed. But no bugs. Give it a couple years....

The mattresses need to be replaced!!!! Bathroom had scuff marks etc. and looked older than the motel has been open. Overpriced for the quality received. Staff was friendly.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I called for early check in and both times I called the person answering was very nice. When checking in the person at the desk gave me all information necessary. Breakfast included was a plus. IT was very quite and while in the room we couldn't hear anything from outside including the hallway. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Will definitely considered booking again.

Tru by Hilton was a very nice place to stay at. It was very clean, friendly, and lots to do in the lobby. We enjoyed getting together and playing pool and the pool table. We will definitely be staying there again.

The front of hotel has no parking and the back entry doors remain locked. The front desk opened the rear door to allow us entry. Something for hotel to look into. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was efficient but did not overly communicative on wifi, breakfast, or surrounding area dining options. Room was comfortable with exception of AC location directly besides the desk (almost makes desk unusable).

The room and bathroom have a modern look and doesn’t look dated. I like that the shower heads they use are very strong and have 3 settings on them. The floor are tile that look like wood, so there is no dirty carpet to worry about. Breakfast is decent, there’s a automatic pancake maker, sausage, and scrambled eggs available. The only negative thing is the there is no on site washer and dryer, you have to use the there sister property ones next door.

I liked everything. Rooms clean, modern with blackout shades. Game area for kids with books, games, pool table, Only downside was that the Air Conditioner wall unit would make loud banging sounds all night.

Housekeeping is only available on request. We requested and didn't receive. Jonathan at the desk was VERY helpful. Rooms are spartan but clean. Beds comfy. Bath convenient. Energy saving features were not obvious - we had to call the desk to lean how to turn on electricity! The "full breakfast" was a joke.
