Upon arrival, I encountered a few issues with the apartment, but the staff responded quickly and resolved everything right away. After that, our stay was great. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We rented the 5-bedroom villa, and it provided plenty of room for everyone.
The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. We also really enjoyed spending time at the H2O Water Park.
My only complaint is the parking. The front desk suggested parking in the upper parking lot since we had young children and a lot of groceries and luggage. We tried parking closer to the villa, but the road was very narrow and cars parked along the sides made it nearly impossible to unload our belongings. As a result, we had to park in the lot and carry everything to the villa.
The property felt very safe and was easy to walk around, but the parking situation was definitely the biggest headache of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would consider staying again.
