The pools are drained and the whole deck is under construction. It said nothing about that on the website. The pool bar was closed. Many stair wells where flagged and blocked off. Very unsafe. When we got to our room it had standing water from the AC unit. The parking garage is closed and parking was a nightmare. There was no spaces. The pictures of the room showed a private balcony. It was not. False advertisement. No response from the chat when trying to address the issues. Front desk was not helpful. Do not reccomend staying here.

Upon my arrival, It took me half an hour to get information to go to the room and get in. Once I get inside it was clean but the bathroom was small and the condensation from the A/C was terrible but we made it work. It was my grandson vacation and he had a great time and that's all that matters. For me and my husband we will not stay on that property again! The pool floor was scraping your feet also. The View Of The Ocean Was Beautiful

The resort and amenities were fine overall. The host's response time was average. The biggest issues were parking and the lack of follow-up from property management. The parking garage was unavailable, and upon arrival I was only told of 2 designated parking areas. On 7/4, after a night of celebrating, I spent 30+ min circling both lots, passing the night clerk 4x, but every available space—including the driving lanes—was full. Five vehicles, including mine, parked in the fire lane. The night clerk acknowledged the situation, gave permission to park there temporarily, and instructed me to move my car by a certain time. I returned before the deadline, but my car had already been towed, costing me over $200 to retrieve it. Two of the aforementioned vehicles remained parked there at that time. I can't say whether the others had been towed or were moved by their owners. I returned to the front desk where the day clerk informed me of a 3rd parking area that had never been mentioned. She referenced the resort map at the desk, but it only showed 2 parking areas. She was sympathetic, provided the resort customer service number, and attempted to contact the resort manager on my behalf. My car was towed on 7/5. As of 7/7, the date of this review, I still have not received a response or any resolution. Had the parking situation been adequate and overflow parking clearly communicated, this stay would have been much more enjoyable.

Beach view obstructed by filthy glass, couldnt open sliding glass door, dirty bed skirt with mold, microwave had metal exposed and was sparking when in use! Ice was melted all together as one block, couldnt even get ice on the floor we were on! Smelled like a animal died in the wall, door was a pain to use, shower disgusting. Host couldnt respond about there not being a parking pass in the room, thankfully the women at the front desk help us. Just NO dont go.
