The staff was super friendly and check in was fast. The hotel had beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. But for the price, I was really surprised that our king size room didn’t have a microwave. We didn’t realize that until our late arrival after the show we went to a d we couldn’t heat up the food we had in the mini fridge. There’s a microwave in the main lobby downstairs but who in the world wants to use that instead of one in the privacy of their room. Also, no breakfast was offered…not even basic muffins, bagels, oatmeal, or anything like that. They even have a restaurant on site but it wasn’t open for breakfast. Again, at that price point, and though the room was nice and comfy, we wouldn’t book here again. Microwaves and basic breakfast offerings are 101 stuff that you can even get at motels. I expected those things after paying almost $200 for 1 night here. Such a bummer.

I checked into my hotel around 3 pm . I get to the room and the room I got had not been clean yet . I was in a rush and had to leave the house keeping came in and cleaned it while I was gone . The point is I should have not been given a room that was dirty and was not cleaned at 3:00pm when check in starts .

The one night we stayed was ok. I liked the decor and bar area. Our room was really cute and cozy. Shower action was on point:). Ther are many restaurants and stores to go to just minutes away. We were on the 2nd floor and had to go to the fourth floor for ice. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We would definately stay again!!

"My hotel experience was excellent. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a welcoming and pleasant fragrance. The front desk clerk was warm, inviting, and very pleasant. The room was impeccably clean, and the service was efficient. The only downside was some noise from the room above in the morning due to stomping. Despite that, my overall stay was wonderful. This will definitely be my go-to hotel every time I visit the Woodland area."

Poorly appointed room, poor light, too much unused space, very weak shower, no desk, no lamps, dim vanity, no microwave. Do not recommend. Staff was friendly.

Nice, quiet hotel. The room lighting could be improved, especially around the vanity mirror. Water pressure was a little on the low side. Good value if you are trying to save some money.

They stay was great, second time. It’s quiet and easy access to places. Clean and simple with decent service. Don’t wait to get breakfast or get it somewhere else… I got a burrito and it was microwaved and stuck to the paper it was in… returned and asked for the tomato egg sandwich which was soggy and bland. The sun dried tomatoes was the only thing I could taste and it was just gross…

Only two issues: I had adjoining rooms and while I was showering, housekeeping came in and cleaned the second room before we were finished with it. I notified the front desk at checkout so they would know it needed a second cleaning. The second issue is regarding the very poor lighting above the sink vanity. The light fixture was hanging in such a way that It provided quite inadequate light brightness. The front desk staff was very helpful and professional throughout my stay.

ONLY issue I had was the smoke alarm over the bed was constantly flashing all the time. Once we finally fell asleep, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would fix the flashing light

Water was luke warm at best, even after running 20 minutes. The room would get quite warm till the compressor kicked in and then it got quite cold - back and forth all night. The hotel overall and the room were good.

Very strange room layout. No towels or towelrack in the bathroom. They put the towels in the living room! why?? had to track butt naked and dripping in there to get a towel. no iron is a minus. also no bathroom trashcan is a minus. who doesnt put a trashcan in the bathroom? cool looking radio on the nightstand, BUT sigh, it did not work. i wld not stay here again

Horrible place by far the worst hotel ever. Rooms are dirty, the hallways sell, the staff is rude, these folks are crooks. I would not recommend anyone ever staying here. You are better off sleeping under a bridge.

I booked 2 rooms for 5 people . I got 2 rooms with 2 king beds . How can 3 people sleep on 1 king bed ??? Lady at reception was wonderful she accommodated us . shouldn’t be advertising 3-4 people in 1 room with only 1 king bed !!!

I liked how easy it was to use the television and sign into a couple of my own streaming services without worry of accidentally staying signed in. The bluetooth Marshall speaker was a plus! The safe was easy to use. A little disappointed no microwave and only decaf coffee. Not sure why lotion but no conditioner was in the shower. Lighting in dressing area was dim for putting on makeup and not great eyesight. Overall it was a decent stay.

Loved the fun interior and the cleanliness of the room! It is also very conveniently located. Staff and service were great, too. Poor design with the sliding bathroom door however. In the room we stayed in, the door wouldn’t close completely, leaving an inch-wide gap at all times. There is absolutely no privacy when you need it the most - using the bathroom.
