Water was freezing for shower even after running it for ten minutes. Cold shower will ruin any hotel stay.
Pillows not great- lumpy and hard.

I would have given 5 stars on all elements if there was a shuttle driver available. Upon arrival I was informed there was no driver for the shuttle so I had to use Uber. By using Uber other than the cost my daughter was late to her procedure at Texas Children’s Hospital The Woodlands.

There was an issue at check-in, but instead of those working the design trying to be helpful in resolving the issue, they were actually making it more difficult. Issues went unresolved, and I had to pay for an extra room as a result. I understand that things happen, but when you are met with a hostile attitude from the people who are supposed to be helping you, it makes for a very unenjoyable experience.

Everything about this property was nice, I enjoyed being able to spend time with my daughter, and not having to worry about a nasty hotel room. Service was excellent and rooms were clean and quiet.

First time in a while staying at a Crown hotel. Staff was fairly friendly and the rooms were very nice. The cleaning crew did a great job and I thought the amenities were very nice.

Everything was okay except the room smell. Avoid room 625 at all cost! It had a smell that they and myself could not get rid of…one employee thought it might be a gas exhaust or something from the restaurant below…but wasn’t in room much thankfully and dealt with it instead of changing because I had so much stuff/kids…

staff very nice,gave us free upgrade due to original room had a stain on sheet. hotel just average, nicer than most but not as nice as we expected due to bed stain. so changed to another hotel for remainder of week and honestly not much better and just realized same chain of hotels.

We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. Nice staff and property js in great condition. Restaurant food tasted great as well. Shopping centers and restaurants close to hotel. Only issue was hot tub wouldn't get hot. Will definitely stay again if going to concert at woodlands.

This is a really pretty hotel. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the food at the restaraunt is a MUST try at least once. We did not use the pool, etc but they were being enjoyed by others and looked nice

I have stayed in the area several times recently, each time at a different hotel. This one is by far my favorite and I’ll be staying here from now on. Comfortable, clean, quiet, wonderful staff, and great restaurant on site. Omar checked me in and was so pleasant and helpful.
