We were pleasantly greeted by staff upon checking in. The front desk upgraded our room which was a blessing! The room was amazing! Comfy beds, great breakfast, overall clean hotel. We will be staying here again!

You can tell this is a newer hotel. The rooms are decently sized, clean and accommodating. Always nice to have a kitchenette! Bed was comfortable enough. However, the customer service was terrible. The person that checked us in was rude and non-informative. He intentionally spoke so fast and added that he would “be here for 14 more minutes”. Which indicated he was at the end of his shift and unwilling to give us a positive customer experience. I even said “I couldn’t understand anything you just said”. And he just starred at me until I turned and walked away. Also- the jacuzzi is broken which was one of the main reasons we booked here. That was not explained to us upon check in. So we went down in swimsuits only to step into freezing cold water (jets were working). Lastly- you have to request for the room to be serviced. This also wasn’t explained at check in. So after a few days we finally had to ask about it because our trash was piling up. I understand this is standard at many place but would’ve been nice to have been informed in advance.

Close to Long Beach airport, easy check in, clean and helpful. We stayed in the motel a day before our cruise and the day that we arrived back to Long Beach. Would stay at Staybridge Suits again.

Checknin was easy. Plenty of space for my family in 8. Loved the 2 bathrooms. Honestly the perfect space.

Needs repairs and updating. Ice machine in freezer wasn't working and they don't have any ice machines in the building. When i asked the guy at the front desk where the ice machines were he said in every room in the freezer. Really! Our garbage disposer wasn't working but they were able to fix that and the stove was terrible. It looks nice but it kept turning off and sometimes it would adjust the cooking temp.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our stove wasn’t working so we got switched to a different room. The breakfast was really good and they had so much amenities. Highly recommend!

Staff who checked if we could get early check in and actually checked us in were really friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. Even when we were waiting in the lobby for the other people in our group the desk staff came to see if we needed anything. Breakfast is included but we left too early to take advantage of this. Convenient location to the airport (3 minutes). On the downside - thin mesh like drapes do not block out much light or help regulate the outside temperature. Drapes were even coming off the drapery rod at each end. Bathtub faucet needs to be fixed. When to turn on the shower only half the water comes out of the shower head. The other half till comes out of the faucet.

Showed up with my reservation number and they had no record of my reservation. Front desk staff not even present and was so rude. I ended up going to a Marriot property that night.

Pleasant hotel, great breakfast. Reception staff polite and helpful with questions. Only complaint was there was puke/vomit in hallway floor ( possibly from dog). We along with others mentioned it, and were awaiting housekeeping but never showed the entire time we were there and everyone had to step over it.

Overnight business trip. The gentlemen that check us in was very nice. The bed was comfortable as usual. Found a couple of hairs in the bathroom but I always wipe it down and spray hotels when I arrive.

The location was both convenient and comfortable. 3 adults and 2 teenagers were able to stay together without feeling over crowded. There were some cleanliness issues with old food wrappers stuck in the pull out couch and a water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable, loved the extra space and kitchen (which we used). The room faced the road and was extremely noisy at all times of the day and especially at night. Traffic woke us each morning. Free breakfast was good but they seemed to run out of a lot of things each day . The evening reception was …,I don’t even know how to say, it was a baked potato with little to no fixings…very strange and with about an hour left on the “reception “ there was one potato to split. No other food or snacks to speak of. The poster in the elevator highlighting the evening reception wasn’t even close !

We got here early hopefully to check in since we drove about 2 hours , check in at 3:00 we didn’t get a room till 4:00 arrived here at 1:50 had to wait over 2 hours.

The only issue that really bothered me was how the staff walk around the lobby,living areas including the pool area all the time. No privacy due to the glass wall. Very uncomfortable having staff constantly watching you in the pool areas. King suite had no eating table and one chair weird to me cause it has a kitchen. Overall nice though. Not a destination spot just passing thru spot.

Great stay, everything was great. Employees polite and friendly. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, all the facilities in great condition. Kids have fun at the pool and jacuzzi, daily breakfast was yummy, we enjoyed the green area under the shade of the big trees. Just in the morning can be a little noisy due the traffic on the highway. We most likely reserve here whenever we come back to this area.

I have stayed staybride hotels before. But this one charging 15$ for paying per day since they share to airport park and fly. They should give exception who stay in the hotel or at least 1 car for a room to make customer comfortable.
