We absolutely loved the stay. This was my second time to Hilton Cancun and every time has been phenomenal. The staff is exceptionally warm and very accommodating. From the bellman Noe who made us feel like celebrities to the concierge Cecilia who made us feel like the only guests and even accommodated us with an early available room. Rocio gave an amazing welcome drink and Noe showed us to our room and took time to show us all of the amenities. We had a lovely dinner at La Luce with the most beautiful ambiance. We were blown away by the breakfast buffet options at Vela and although we didn’t make reservations in time the Steakhouse with water view was stunning and romantic. We loved the service at the poolside and enjoyed tacos for lunch with fun servers. Check out was a breeze and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I will be back!!

Overall a good stay. Limited things to do. At night, all there is for everyone is to congregate in the main lobby. If there was live music throughout the day that would make it work. We found ourselves bored every night except for the Michael Jackson show. Every time we wanted to eat, nothing was ever open. Even though the hilton site says there is always food, your limited to pre made wrapped sandwiches that have been sitting for a time or doughnuts that have been sitting all day. Food was ok. I was expecting better. Sunan restaurant was a disappointment. All other restaurants were good. Staff were all amazing, helpful and friendly. Even though it's all inclusive it's designed for you to be served for everything and in turn, feel the need to tip, even though staff never made any face nor expectation of receiving a tip. Great for families with small children. Boring for teens. Great for couples that want quiet and alone time mainly in the room. Boom boom pow.

This resort was great, food was amazing, the service is outstanding, the daily activities for families are fun, and overall this was an 5 stars experience, the rooms are also modern and clear, housekeeping everyday and the staff is really professional, I would come back!
Getting to the property is difficult, ubers are usually not allowed, so a private transporation needs to be booked, with a roundtrip estimate from the airport of 120 USD, this is the only con to me, this hotel should offer free airport-hotel shuttle.
