This hotel is absolutely beautiful and walkable to everything downtown. The staff is so friendly and gracious and the room was immaculate. I will definitely be choosing this hotel any time I visit Greenville. Worth every penny.

Upon arrival we were met by the nice staff, We had to valet park our vehicle for 25 dollars a night for 2 nights. We were then given our room, when we stepped into the room we discover it was a handicapped assessable room. Knowing this, We were uncomfortable. being that I work in the field that services the disabled, if a person would have needed this room and we were occupying it. Therefore we asked for another room. We went out that night, on our return to the hotel the valet staff was not there to park my truck, I had to park it in the parking lot in front of the hotel. The next day about 3 pm I went go out and the truck was in the same spot I parked it. With all the restaurants close to the hotel there is nothing available past 11pm, and with this hotel being a so called high-end hotel they have no room service available. We were there for a Family members birthday party. The party was great. When the party was over a group of us went to Junipers which was on the same floor, the group was 16 who were all staying at the hotel that night. 8 rooms we all spent money for. when we went to Junipers the security guard told the bartenders not to serve us. We left, went down to the other bar, where we did get served. While sitting and having our drinks and great conversation the security guard comes down and speaks to the manger of the bar we are at, standing in close proximity to our group trying to intimidate us. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Enjoyed a family dinner at Hall's. Location is very convenient and dinning experience is second to none. Always enjoy when we visit Greenville.

One night we did not have hot water Next day the water was warm, but not hot

I was not given the type of room I had previously reserved. I was downgraded to a basic double queen, even though I had reserved a king. What's even more upsetting is the number of people that received a king after I checked in. Even though I was told they were over sold and everyone that day would be placed in a double queen.

Rented a balcony king suite for fall for Greenville. Common areas where great, room was disappointing to be a suite. Very basic.

Love staying at this Greenville AC hotel

It was our anniversary, so we paid extra for a better room - hindsight I would have paid the lower price. Our “splurge” room with a view turned out to be in the second floor (in a high rise hotel that hardly seems like a view). It was directly above the kitchen/breakfast area. There was loud music that began at 4am. After getting up a few times trying to figure out where it was coming from, I finally called down to the front desk to ask if it could be coming from the kitchen. I will say that they did turn it off after I called, but not until a couple hours after it began - not sure why they would allow loud music that early in the morning when they know there are guests right above them. The sliding glass door to the bathroom did not fit well and could not be closed all the way so zero privacy, and the shower was terrible - no water pressure at all. We tried both the rain shower head and the hand held - neither worked well. Very disappointing stay. We go to Greenville often and have stayed here several times. We have not had these issues in the past, but this stay will make us think before we book here again. I’m not one to write reviews, but this stay was truly subpar.

Had a great stay at AC. Staff was great, room was excellent. Perfect location, everything we wanted to visit was close by. Look forward to our next visit to Greenville, plan to stay longer!

The only negative is loud car noises between racing, car exhaust sounds and over the top loud car music until 3:00am. We could not sleep at all!

This property is located in the heart of downtown: lots of restaurants, shopping & entertainment within walking distance. The Falls is less than a 3 minute walk from the property. The rooms have all the modern updates, including hardwood flooring.

Great place to stay downtown. Walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

The staff was very friendly. Food options around the area were great but nothing beats the salmon they have on site. It was really good!

Stayed here overnight. Walkable! Clean and comfortable. Complementary parking or valet available. Downstairs bar opens to the outside. I will be back.

Beautiful modern hotel. Loved the Paloma, everyone was so attentive. Front desk couldn't have been more helpful.

At nearly $400 for a room it would be have been nice to have an air conditioner that worked. I called the front desk to switch rooms and no other rooms were available. They brought me a fan which also didn’t work. So I called them again and of course that was the last fan. Eventually the engineer on site brought me what I’m assuming was his fan (super nice guy and I appreciate him). He was able to get the AC working for a little bit but then it went out again not long after he left. I didn’t bother calling the front desk to complain. I kinda thought they would have offered a discount on their outrageous price but they didn’t. The rooms were tiny and in no way shape or form worth the money. The wife and I needed a night out and thought we would “splurge” bad idea. This place basically just took advantage of us and didn’t care about our experience with their raggedy facility. Will never stay here again.

Hot and muggy hallways/lobby. It was as if they did not climate control them at all, probably around 76 degrees in the hallways and very very muggy/humid. The Hydration station on our floor was extremely finnicky and hard to use. When I called to tell the front desk that I was told "well cant you just try a hydration station on a different floor??" Shower faucets in the rooms are overly different/complex and hard to figure out how to use. Standard Shower faucets have been working out just fine for the past 100 years, why change it? The rooftop bar/restaurant "Juniper" is awful and has horribly rude and dumb Hostesses. Valet is crappy, the valet staff hardly acknowledges you and doesn't open your door or ever offer to help with luggage. This AC hotel, though newer, is surprisingly trash. Save yourself the headache and stay at the Westin down the street. Trust me.

Beautiful

Made a reservation 3 months ago - less than 48 hours before the reservation, they booted my wife and I out of the King Suite and gave it to a corporate group. This hotel does not care at about the customer. DO NOT GO HERE - THERE ARE MANY OTHER HOTELS IN GREENVILLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Their food at Junipers is awful as well - just check out Trip Advisor!!
