The property manager Ronita is simply the best. We found ourselves stranded in St Thomas due to an airspace closure and were scrambling for a place for our family to stay. Ronita managed several properties and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. She not only found us a place to stay, but provided us with a lot of helpful information about where to eat and visit. The unit worked well for our family and it felt safe and clean. It was nice to be able to do laundry. Easy check in/out. Fabulous restaurant Sibs is a short walk away. And we went to Church on the mountain top, which was also a short walk away.

Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. Great dining, beach and shopping options within a short driving distance, and a popular restaurant just within walking distance. My family will definitely return. Thank you!

It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. There is also no laundry soap or seasonings in the house, so if you plan on doing laundry or cooking, you’ll have to buy all that stuff yourself.
