My husband and I wanted a hotel close to Disney Animal Kingdom. We could not have been more pleased with the condition of the hotel . The breakfast was great, the hotel was clean and had everything.

My family and l went for spring break vacations on April 2024 and decided to stay here because we saw great reviews. However lm very unhappy since my gold earrings disappeared on my second day stay. We went to Disney came back and the earrings were gone. I was very upset and looked everywhere. I called and spoke to the manager on duty. He said he couldn’t do much about it other than give me the manager housekeeping email and to file a police report. He didn’t showed much interest on this matter. Extremely disappointed at this point. I worked for a JW Marriott in the past and this kind of incidents never happened.

Quick and easy check in. Customer service very serious not so motivated to welcome guests. Good complementary breakfast. Plenty of parking but there’s a fee. Pool water freezing cold. Housekeeping every other day. Near shopping plaza. I paid for queen size beds and gave me the doble beds smaller size before the queen. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Will I stay here again? No.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was great as well. My only complaint is that I was counting on using the shuttle to Disney only to find they didn’t go often and at odd times of the day. So I ended up paying parking at the parks for two vehicles and at the hotel. If I had known, I think I would have paid a little more to stay on property.

Amazing property full of amenities! Close to Disney & all parks, as well as shopping and food. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff was friendly, and the pool was cold! We will definitely be back.

Hotel is new enough, staff were helpful, breakfast was typical discount hotel stuff, but online check in was a disaster and the room assigned overlooked the pool which was noisy all day with music until 8 or 10 pm, even when no one was at the pool. Not a good experience.

After a long day at one of the theme parks, it was a nice brightly lite, easy to find place. Front desk was helpful and got us checked in quickly. Our room was fresh and clean. we were only there for the night but the beds were comfortable and we slept great. Breakfast was ample and we were on our way. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Staff was awesome to work with. We had a hiccup with our booking through another company and they worked hard to resolve it. The issue was with the other company. The place was clean, staff very friendly, and we loved the location. Would definitely recommend this place.

For a new-er hotel i was a bit surprised. It was "ok". Shower door handle broken, toilet broken and wouldnt flush. Beds were so uncomfortable and was surprised by $10 night parking. Stayed at alot of Marriott properties, even the one next door when it was the only one finished in Flamingo Crossing, i would pick that place before this one again. Breakfast was decent and quite a bit of options.

The hotel was fantastic. Be prepared to hear the sounds of families as they leave early in the morning and get back late at night. If you’re looking for quiet, you might not find it here. If you’re looking for a great family friendly hotel… this is it!

I loved the Mickey waffles for breakfast and the shuttle to Disney was nice. The pool was too cold for us but maybe in warmer weather it's great. I would have loved to hear, soft Caribbean music or the like in the lobby to give me more of thr transition feel, but besides that it was fantastic.

Will definitely stay again! I was blown away with how clean it was! I felt comfortable and safe at all times. Breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 10 AM. Such a variety. The rooms were full of outlets and USB plugs for your phone. More than enough towels. Comfortable bed. They have a restaurant on the property but if you don’t feel like going down, you can order delivery from your phone. Love it!
