Nice clean condo, right across the street from the beach. Lots amenities, perfect for our family of four. Really quick to respond when we had an issue with the coffee maker. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the White Sands Beach condo (WSV 222) for our son’s birthday trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Location was perfect for exploring the Big Island. Since 2020 our family has made it a tradition to visit a different Hawaiian island each year, and this has been one of our favorite stays. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything was well taken care of. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

So the location was perfect and the room nice and clean ( the cleaning crew did an awesome job) My biggest complaint was there were tiny roaches, there were small cockroaches in the kitchen and some in the master bedroom. All they would need to do would be to put out combat roach traps vigilantly all year every year and they wouldn’t have that problem. Two other complaints the mats in the master bathroom need to be changed if they were clean they didn’t look clean. There was a full kitchen and it was nice but all the pans were trash the nonstick coating was completely trashed, and I get it not all guests are competent cooks, but if your going to offer it maybe upgrade to stainless steel so no one can scratch or burn your equipment. Also the tongs were cheap and trash. But the location and the sauna were amazing. Sorry gotta keep it real.
