Great hotel but parking on site fills up quickly so you have to park a couple of blocks away. Not good when it rains.

Great hotel. The only issue was having to pay for parking each night. The room was not cheap and that should be included in staying there.

Overall the hotel was nice. I booked a double queen room 2 weeks prior to arrival only to find out that my reservation was canceled due to them overbooking. I was able to get another room but had to downsize to a single king room for me and my 17 yo son. And not to mention I had to pay an incidental deposit of $110 that I still have not received back.

I reached around 11pm. The staff at the reception was drunk and the smell was very obvious. I felt a little unsafe.

When I arrived there were dirty tissues on the bathroom floor. There was only 1 roll of tp, and it was not replenished when I told the downstairs staff, it wasn’t until I called to ask for to that it was delivered, and that happened 2 hours after I called.
Also I explained that I only needed parking for a few days not my entire stay. Yet, I was charged for more days than I requested. No one seemed able to correct this oversight. This was my 3rd stay here because it is close to my son’s apt. Due to the lack of service and attention to detail, I will look elsewhere for housing for my weeklong visits.

This is a clean and restful spot in a very busy part of Massachusetts. Overall very nice stay, I went with four stars instead of five due to the overall size of the room.

Was in town to visit Tufts with my daughter. We were here just one night but the hotel was super clean. Comfortable beds and a great location to the university. Shopping plaza in walking distance provided some good dining options after a long day in the car. Highly recommend!

I checked in after 10pm to a king sized room with garbage cans filled with dirty tissues, used razor, and other trash along with a used towel on the furniture. When the front desk was told about the cleanliness issue we were moved to a smaller room with no compensation but a refund for parking.

We were there for 3 days room was never cleaned after we asked for it, had to call for towels and face cloths all 3 days. The 5th floow smelled like weed which made our room stink if you can find free parking around the hotel use it if not they tell you to go to parking lot and they would validate it never told you that they charge your room. And all this for $279.00 a night parking

No housecleaning for a 3 night stay, even after asking. After the second day they dropped off towels but did nothing else: didn’t empty garbage can, make beds etc.
There was never a garbage can in the bathroom. In a noisy area, next to freeway. Woken up early.
Wasn’t worth the price of $330 a night.

It should be noted there is an additional charge for parking. At least one car should be complimentary with stay. I would like to be refunded for my parking fee as this was not disclosed when booking the room.

1st time staying in Boston celebrating 40th Wedding Anniversary with my husband.I was worried about parking I was relieved that we had a spot in front of the door of the hotel.It was conveniently located near Wellington Station Garage where they have Encore Casino shuttle to pick people up and bring you back free of charge which is a plus.The hotel was very clean had everything we needed. I can't say to much I was only there for one night. I would stay there again if i go back. The only thing being my first time to Boston I wish they had someone there to be a little bit more informative in getting around other then that the Staff was great.I relied on asking people which they were very friendly.

I booked a room at this hotel for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it was incredible nice and clean, and the beds were so comfortable to sleep in. Overall had such a great experience there and the staff was amazing
