This property is located midway between the waterfront and Cullen Bay, easy access to Fanny Bay and associated tourist sites. The manager was welcoming, helpful and responded readily to our requests. The property was clean, spacious and well appointed. The pool area and breakfast provided was excellent value.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was also very quiet. The small kitchen area had the basic equipment but no extras like salad bowls etc.
The pool area was lovely with plenty of tables, chairs and loungers.

Great location, quiet, away from the busy streets yet close enough to walk to all shops and tourist attractions in town. Lovely pool to cool off in, nice to have towels provided. Close to nearby restaurants and takeaway outlets. Easy walk to public bus stops, botanic gardens and the Mindal Beach Market.
Only downside was breakfast, expensive and not very nice. Apart from that we would definitely stay here again and would recommend Vitina Studios for excellent budget accommodation.

Very good for our 10 day Darwin stay visiting family. Close to tourist spots and restaurants.
