Horrible experince with my kids. The elevstor sounds and looks horrible, the hallwaysvlook sketchy and the room was the worst. Pictures online look much better than in real life. Dirty, things Written On the walls, broken locks and a bathroom door with severe water damage. We had to broow blankets from family to feel comfortable staying

I booked to stay at this hotel for a birthday weekend. Me and my partner were running late for check in so I called this hotel multiple times and them my name. They assured me a long as Ingot there before 1am that I would be fine. Long story short we got there early and was told that we did not book at all. Not to mention at the front desk the overnight fee said 130$ but he was charging people $175. Ma and my partner decided to go to a different hotel entirely. To many red flags. Won’t ever book here again.

The first room they sent me to was occupied. The second room they sent me to was dirty and the air conditioner did not work. The balcony latch did not work and the smell in the entire floor and bed sheets and pillows were of weed. Even after helping the front desk with a translation and being told I would get a refund by the front desk they have yet to contact me or refund my stay. This is a perfect motel for those who are homeless or just trying to cheat on their wives but not for a business trip or other professional experience. I ended up leaving the hotel after the front desk said they would refund my money.

It was a motel being sold as a hotel. The place was a whole mess and they charge you extra for anyone in your room or an extra bed when they don’t give the choice on the website.

Please do not stay here! This was our worst hotel stay, ever! We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 am due to flight delays only to be told that they didn't have a reservation for us. After about 30 minutes, and after I gave them my reservation #, we finally got checked in. We got to sleep around 3 am, and were RUDELY awakened by the person next door to us blaring extremely loud rap music! We ended up calling 911 when the front desk failed to answer their phone and we asked the person next door to turn off their music and were threatened to be "shot through the door"! It took six police officers to get her to turn down her music and as soon as the officers left, she turned it back on again. Hotel management DID switch us to a different room, but the bathrooms at this place have no lights! Only a "nightlight" near the shower. You can't even see your face in the mirror it's so dark. There was no coffee machine, no microwave, no hangers in the closet, no dressers or any place to put your clothes and belongings. What a miserable stay ...the internet and large TV were the only positive aspects. Oh, and I forgot: I requested extra pillows and was told "only two per room". This place shouldn't be called a hotel. Horrible!!!!

Staff is very nice and accommodating that’s the only thing good about this place. I booked a 3 night stay had to change rooms 3 times could have been 4 but I just went with the last one I got. Look around for somewhere else to stay this place absolutely sucks.

Some money has been spent to refurbish this hotel and it looks great but with rooms renting in two-hour installments, this should be more correctly advertised as a "party hotel" and not a place for overnight rests. Located next to a fire hall, sirens were of course a problem but the bigger issue is that the walls are thin, the pillows tiny and lumpy. And when I asked for a couple more, the front desk clerk single-handedly(?) running the whole hotel kept telling me, "20 minutes," until I gave up hours later. I don't ask a lot from a bargain hotel so it's disappointing to get so much less.

So many things were wrong with this hotel and broken in the room. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall and chirping, the shower light was held together with duct tape, shower head was held together with duct tape, vent was coverered with duct tape and was black with either dirt or mold, toilet paper was not replaced, no soap or shampoo in the shower (only conditioner), towel bar was bent and broken, wall paper was peeling off, no remote for TV, elevator was out of order, comforter had holes and burn marks in it, neighbors were loud and inconsiderate blasting music and netflix until 3 AM, fighting and smoking in the hallways at all hours of the night, entire room wreaked of smoke, bed was uncomfortable and loud. Overall bad experience.

infested with bed bugs, they have balcony that either won't open or won't fully close leaving a cracked door or window where bugs and flies get in, poor lighting, no regular cable tv, elevators won't work properly, dangerous area at night time, fire station next door that would cause noise all day.drug addicts all around area. at all times. was homeless shelter in the past.

The lady’s at the front desk are super, the guy at night is alittle annoying but cool as well. The woman in the morning is super amazing she actually make sure the room is good and ready, very professional and informative, even gave me good off side (but close) parking rates.

I loved the customer service they went the extra mile to accommodate a different room because the entrance door on the first room was not closing properly but the 2 young ladies took care of that and moved us different room Overall the hotel no issues the area around it was very busy with fire engines ambulance alot within our stay Thanks for a wonderful hospitality.

Look, it's an inexpensive hotel in Manhattan. There's a reason: it isn't fancy in any way. The beds are fine, the towels are fine, the staff was fine. The water pressure was lousy, but the water was hot. The building is noisy, but so is the ventilation, which masks almost everything when you're trying to sleep. It was clean when I arrived, but there was no cleaning done during my 4-night stay. The subway is close and the buses are closer. Target and other stores are a couple blocks away. It's not an upscale area, so don't expect one.

I checked into the hotel on April 15, the next day on April 16 I went for a walk with my wife. We walked until 8 p.m. when we returned to the Hotel Henny, our room turned out to be occupied by other people. The worst thing is that our room had our things. We were in shock, my wife was crying. We managed to return the suitcases. But we were not able to return my electric toothbrush, my macbook adapter (cable), food in our room was food, everything was lost. We were moved to another room and we couldn't sleep well. Our door opened at 1:00 a.m. late at night we slept my wife was very frightened when the door began to open. In the end, it turned out that it was housekeeping. We were terrified that they might enter the room at night.

The only thing good about this reom was the mattress was comfortable however they had it on this cheap mental platform frame that moved everytime you got up or sat down. The room was dirty.

I liked that they had balconies you have access to and close to the train. What I didnt like was that when I arrived i wasnt properly greeted the man at the desk instantly started telling me they had no more rooms I told him i already reserved it and the room wasnt even close to ready, it was supposed to be ready at 2pm I got there close to 730pm he said it would be a 30 min wait then he sends me upstairs to a complete different room. I go back and explain that I didnt purchase that room he then tell me that for the room i actually pain for I would have to wait because all of the rooms were so dirty. Took them atleast another 15 mins after to get it together and give me the room i paid for.
