Terrible experience. Absolutely gross room. We had to ask for another room for the next night and that one wasn’t even clean. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are desperate

It was okay. Yeah breakfast wasn’t good so we got breakfast somewhere else the next morning. I haven’t receive my hotel receipt as they said there were gonna reduce my rate by $60 since they were overbooked and didn’t have the room with balcony. Please send.

The fire alarm went off 3 times while I was trying to relax the night before a race. Then when I turned the lights off the fire alarm had the brightest white light flash about every 30 seconds which made for a sleepless night. All I wanted was to relax and sleep and o did not get either.

The view was so spectacular!!! The rooms were clean and the breakfast bar was full and they kept cleaning as guest came n went. The staff was very helpful and very nice. when walking in the hallway someone was always asking us if we needed assistance or if we were okay with the stay. i absolutely loved it !i would bring my family back.

Beautiful hotel and lovely rooms. BUT very noisy. Sounded like kangaroos dancing overhead. Loud droning noise ALL THE TIME. Even when Ac/Heat were turned off. Have no idea what it was. Difficult to sleep.

The manager cancelled my wedding guests rooms the afternoon before the wedding. They overbooked the rooms at the hotel and my guests were the first ones to be booted.
Breakfast was okay. It was hard to get ahold of the manager or front desk staff.

The property is comfortable and clean; however, the walls are thin and we could hear the conversation in the next room as if we were in it. That would not have been so terrible except that it was at 530AM every single morning and loud! I called the front desk but they said quiet hours end at 5am. Who wants to get up at 530am everyday when they are on vacation. This is unaceptable.

Housekeeping didn’t refresh towels on second day and we got back to room at 10PM. Fortunately we had only thrown one on the floor.

Located next to a nice, convenient, small shopping area with a good greek restaurant about a 2 minute walk away.

Our room wasn’t ready until 5pm- check in was supposed to be at 4pm. Once we finally got into our room and settled we went out to dinner we came back and our keys wouldn’t work. We walked back and forth to the desk 3x trying to get the keys fixed each time they said they fixed the keys but it didn’t work. Finally they had to come open the door for us. Staff didn’t seem very friendly or helpful. We will not stay here again.
