Upon arrival our check-in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very pleasant. Our room was clean and spacious. We had some difficulty adjusting the room temperature and the last two nights of our stay was very warm. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of foods. The cleaning staff was very helpful when we requested additional amenities like coffee and Kleenex. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Alec at check in was fantastic, very informative and helpful. The room was superb, very spacious and clean.
Breakfast was a bit of a shambles, the poor maintenance guy tried his best to make sure everything ran smoothly when it wasn't even his job, whilst the lazy so and so at reception did nothing to help, her attitude was very poor and hopefully the hotel will sort that problem as everything else was outstanding.
