Our room was very clean and cozy. Bed was nice. Breakfast was quite good. We Stayed in the Hamilton room. I did feel a little uncomfortable using the shower. There is a stained glass panel that hangs in the middle of the window, but it leaves an open area around it where the house next door people would be able to see in and possibly see you bathing. The refrigerator in the room didn't work not a big deal we used the one in the kitchen. Sadly the backyard area looked neglected and the furniture was too dirty to sit on. Also not the innkeepers fault but the University students will wake you up with loud cars and music driving by. Overall a clean house and good experience. Would consider staying again.

Comfortable home away from home with a fantastic location (walkable to William & Mary) and lots of charm.

We loved it! Only complaint is the mattress on the bed was very worn and dipped in the middle.

Exceptional and most thoughtful place beating every inn I have stayed and one I used to ownThey even provided a rose carrot cake and candle for my birthday my partner arranged. Our room was like being in A classy Ralph Loren country setting but we were happy models that could eat, ha, ha. Oh our pets were treated like royalty: Also a real delicious proper breakfast with freshly prepared dishes hot from the stove/oven.

So charming, in a great location next to William & Mary down the street from the cute downtown. The breakfast was amazing.
