I reserved the suite and we ended up getting basically two rooms! The comfort was excellent and even though it was one night (we were moving), it was the perfect way to relax before the chaos coming the next day.
The keys weren't working and it seemed as if I was being a bother every time I came down for help. But it got resolved and we went about our evening.

The authenticity and location. There is a nice character to it.
Cleaning in the hallways and elevators can be improved; a bit unwelcoming elevators. Check-in took 25min.. very slow and only one receptionist. There were staff but chilling on the side and philosophying rather than helping their colleague.

Pool was so nice, I really enjoyed what activities were available
The AC was broke in my room and it was hot and gross.. I did not sleep well because of it being 80 degrees. The beds were small and not comfortable.
