Great breakfast

Location, room was nice and big. Breakfast had lots of options
I requested a pack and play and got notification through Booking that my request was approved. The pack n play was not in our room when we checked in and we went down to ask for it and they only have one (that’s ridiculous) and it was already taken for the night. We requested it the next day and still it was not available. If I knew the approved request would not have be granted, we could have brought our own pack n play and everyone would have slept better.

The property features 24 hour coffee , a large free breakfast with many options. The staff welcomed us upon entry. Our romm was very clean and comfortable. The proerty offered room service ( but we didnnot get any). The pool was indoors but did not look like where id like to swin so we skipped . Overalls good experience. Will

Staff needs training. Especially the Latin/Hispanic woman at the front desk. Language and comprehension challenges. Pool was over-run past occupancy limits
