The rooms were not super clean, at this price you expect way better. The AC was working but weak. There was no room cleaning.

It was clean with all the amenities you need for travel. It's close to public transportation. The price was higher than the neighborhood was worth.

Laundry, unfortunately, was not convenient. We never could figure out how to operate the machines. We were told to call the number on the wall, no luck with that either. Fortunately if we took tram number 7 going towards the train station there was a laundry mat one stop up and the tram stop right at the laundry mat. So we got clean clothes after all.
When we saw the staff they were always very pleasant.
When we arrived our room was spotless.

Check in is suppose to be 4pm. We arrive on time. But had to wait another 45 minutes as room was not ready. At it’s middle of city had to parking somewhere else.
No one on site to contact - had to ring many times and not getting answers
Also digital key for garage kept disappearing
Room was wet when we arrived and not dried
