Excellent location for Old Town, close to tram line, near transport hub Plaerrer. Very clean and spacious apartment. Extremely quiet even at the weekend.

The apartmen was spacious, furnished with obvious taste and a touch of luxury and had absolutely everything we needed. Very good beds/mattresses, beautiful bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Quiet location, about 10 minutes walking distance to supermarket and the city center. There's a "booklet" with a lot of useful information about the city's highlights or restaurants, it's obvious that the host wants to make sure the guests have everything they may need. He was also always available on mobile should we need any help. We just loved the atmosphere and felt like at home. I would not hesitate to reccommend this accommodation to anyone or stay here again.
We discussed the parking options when making the reservation and were told that parking is possible also on the street. However, this is not very true, because about 95% of the parking spaces are reserved for the residents. There are few, but very few, parking spaces available for visitors in the surrounding streets, but, first, you have to be really lucky to find one, and, second, these are only available during evening/night and during the day there is a maximum limit for parking 2 hours. So basically the only option was to park in a nearby garage, which was convenient but rather expensive. I understand that staying close the city center takes its toll, but maybe more detailed information about parking options should be available, or, at least, the possibility of a free parking should not be offered.
I still rate the apartment with 10/10 because it is well deserved, but I'm mentioning this minor issue as it may help other customers to "be prepared".
