Very pleased with this location. No frills, not a status symbol but perfect while staying in Wenatchee for a few nights. Room was extremely clean and had a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, range, kitchen sink, and built in overhead microwave. Desk, dresser, recliner chair, big tv, very nice bathroom. Great place for either overnight or extended stay. Basically a studio apartment. The previous night I stayed at another hotel (Springhill) which was more “luxurious” yet had missing drywall and cracked and glued shower, and was more than half the price per night. I travel often for work and have stayed at 100’s of hotels across the country and this is one of the nicer ones.

We were quite happy with the price and location that was close to the river walk trail, and walking distance to nice restaurants and the mall, room was very clean and had a full size refrigerator, two burner stove top, toaster and microwave No breakfast but they had food delivery, and microwave food, ice cream, toaster food and drinks etc. For breakfast it’s 1 mile walk to Smitty’s and 3/4 mile to Dennys

This was a tough review to write because really, they only did one thing wrong and I’m torn deciding the weight that should carry. I ALWAYS pull back the bed sheets and check them when we first arrive in a room. Sadly, the first room they gave me looked and smelled very clean but the bed was full of body hair, including some pubic hair. The sheet were obviously dirty even though the bed appeared neatly made. The front desk staff was apologetic and kind. They quickly gave us a new room which had clean sheets, we think. Unfortunately, they didn’t seem shocked by the dirty sheets. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant and kind for the duration of our stay. We loved the wood fired pizza place with a full bar a few yards away! Train aside, the neighborhood is nicely quiet. Yes, the train does go by frequently. Our room was facing the train, but it didn’t bother us. I just kept the window fan running all night for white noise and that helped soften the train sounds. We chose to take the stairs during our stay and it was difficult to step quietly on their steps so I’d recommend asking for a room that’s not by the stairs. The property is very new and so far they’re doing a great job of cleaning and maintaining it. The towels were also new.

Old urine stains on our bed on the comforter and sheets. Disgusting and they didn’t seem too concerned. Offered us another room but not an apology or free stay. Rediculous will never stay there again

Strange experience because the room itself was nicer than we expected upon arrival. The strangeness started showing up when I couldn’t take a shower as there was no shower curtain on the bathtub (regular tub/shower setup… water would have gone everywhere), the clock in the room was several hours off, the tv was unplugged and very difficult to get plugged in, and while everything else seemed clean, I did find a couple of hairs on the lip of the tub. It was like it was a weird forgotten room? Also what the heck is up with the breakfast being random stuff from the lobby store.

This property is by a train, so if you aren't used to that you will get woken up during the night sometimes as it runs by and sometimes blows the horn. overall, it was a very nice stay. Staff was very nice, seemed very new as well, because she was reading room numbers aloud. so just some learning to do there. restaurants walking distance as well as a dollar store and other little things as well.

Nice big room, nice refrigerator quiet. Except for the train tracks next door. You can cook with a little kitchen out there. It hasn't microwave and a 2 burners glasstop sink. With garbage disposal, you have to bring your own kitchen items if you would like to cook, but they do sell some in the store at the hotel. Our friends stayed in a room a few doors down from us. The window would not close, and they could hear trains crashing all night. They never slept at all. Since they paid for a night's sleep, they should have gotten a night's sleep. The management was unwilling to refund the cost of the room. Why would you build a hotel next to a train hookup area?

Very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful!! Although there is a train that goes by, you can’t hear it.. which was amazing, it is still a clean and quiet place to stay!!
