The location is amazing if you don’t mind noise and want to be close to everything. Right in the middle of revu! The lobby looks super nice but beyond that the hotel needs major upgrades. We stayed in a standard room and walked in to a very damp smell. The tiny bathroom has no ventilation and lots of mildew. There was hair all over the floor and walls from previous guests and the entire room looked like it was “cleaned” very minimally, meaning pretty much the bed was changed and trash taken out. We were rejected by the front desk when we requested extra towels and thought that was really weird. We asked for an extra blanket and were given three weird towel sized thin blankets that would barely cover a child. Overall we would maybe stay again due to convenience but would definitely look elsewhere first.

For the price it's good. Room is pretty clean. The problems were, that it was a little cold and I was told they would bring an extra blanket but they forgot. The hot water and coffee pots were cold or empty. The morning was noisy with doors slamming. Before 7am. Staff working I think making noise. It's an ok hotel for a good price but can be great with a few customer service improvements.

The music from the club across the street is very loud so you got to love cumbia, ranchera, regeton and all other Latino music. The restroom does not have a toilet paper holder nor a basic shelf to lay your toothbrush or mouthwash. Their are not sufficient electrical outlets for cellphone charger or hair dryer. It feels like very basic lodging.

The staff is friendly, but the rooms need to be updated. The water in the shower head does not sometimes work, and the temperature cannot stay warm or cold. It automatically switches back and forth.
They need to remodel the rooms and fix the water situation.

Everyone spoke & understood English.
The rooms vary from
Special, to premium, to standard.
The booking process was a bit confusing,
because I was not sure of the room details.
I am in a Standard room, with no heater, A/C,
or fan. OK for MARCH, APRIL MAY, SEPT, &
OCT. The STD room was clean, and above an
average Mexico $25-$35 hotel. No bugs.
No smells, & a clean & comfortable, full bed.
I was a bit concerned about pay-at-desk, but
all went well. The STD room would disappoint
some people, expecting more. Good value.
The premium room is USA $100 /Day better.
Right on Revolution blvd. Good spot.

Hotel was located near to a 24 hour disco bar. My room vibrated like an earthquake due to disco speaker base noise. Building vibrated like it was being destroyed by seismic waves. So loud one could get ear damage inside your room.

They screwed up the reservation & it took a real nasty argument with the desk clerk to get what I was supposed to have. Then the loud employees in the hallway all night. The doors sound like someone is breaking into your room all night. The nearby night clubs blasted music & shook the hotel til 6am.

Location is great, safety is ok. Building inside is rundown, dirty and old, no AC or heat, front and lobby is remodeled but rooms and rest of hotel is terrible

This hotel has great location, it’s very close to Caesars, and steps away from convenient stores and MULLME, Jai Alai, etc
It’s also next door to some popular bars. My room is towards the back and I honestly didn’t hear anything, so if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room far away from street.
The bathroom is on the simple side. It lacks a soap dish to place the shampoo and glasses.
My room doesn’t have AC, but the weather is very cool when I visited so it was not an issue for me.
There are always one or two staff members on my floor working, so I feel very safe.
Front desk lady and gentleman are very polite and courteous. Free coffee and water in lobby. There’s also ATM in lobby.

The check I. Was perfect very friendly and accommodating.
The control to the TV was not working so we where moved to another room the window was broken but over all it was ok I will be going back since it’s very close to all the shops and the weekends the Main Street is closed to the cars so you feel safe walking to all the bars and restaurants

Staff: The staff that I met during my stay at the hotel were very friendly and easy to communicate with making my check in and check out a breeze. The big issue I had with the staff was over the phone when I was trying to let them know that I would be arriving a few hours past the check-in time. The response I got and I'm assuming that they didn't want to bother speaking with me even though the staff on the phone knew English. Before I could even finish talking...I was told that there was no room available even though my app clearly shows 7 rooms available. Very unprofessional and if hospitality isn't what you wanted. Simply don't work there!
Facility: The hotel is what I about expected from a 2-3 star hotel with basic amenities. There isn't anything that stand out nor is there anything bad about the place. I choose the "balcony" the one with the floral grass background and swing. The balcony is nice in a sense that you can unwhine afterwards before heading to bed.
Location:
Hotel Revolucion is located in the main street where all the attractions happen. Being conveniently located at the center making navigating a breeze but the biggest ding is that this hotel also happens to be right next to a lounge/club and on the weekends...it does not closed until 4-5am in the morning. Yeah, that is a big deal breaker. Being in my room feeling the bass and music through the walls made sleeping was just impossible. I will either choose a room in the back or a different hotel next time.

I had previously booked for a junior suite 2 hours before my arrival got a message saying I no longer had that room and was offered a 2 bed room which I was okay with since I didn’t have a back up plan upon arrival front desk tells me we no longer have your room or have any rooms available then I showed him the email saying I had a 2 bed room and he said oh I see ok and he gave us a 2 bed which was horrible the building itself needs a lot of maintenance tv didn’t work bed sheets smelled really bad and for deposit they wanted to keep my ID

No heater or A/C.so it was a lil cold at night..And the shower was warm water at best. But ive upgrade to a better room on a previous trip, and that room was a lot better

Upon check-in I noticed there was major remodeling going on.The lobby looked like a 5-star hotel, and the upstairs was a 1- star remodel in process. The hotel had no hot water, no heat and a window that would not completely shut allowing freezing cold air to seep into the room all night long. I checked out immediately stating that I wanted a refund because of these issues, yet the clerk would not agree to a refund, and would only agree to put me in a another more expensive room, one with the same heat/hot water issues. I am pissed!!! This hotel has serious quality issues, and I had no choice but to leave if I expected hot water and/or heat. The other issue here is that I am a U.S resident, leaving little recourse for compensation since I have no idea how to get in touch with the owner of this money pit. There is absolutely no excuse for not having hot water or heat and no business should be allowed to get away with ripping someone off over hotel policy when said hotel has serious quality issues & health risks.

The staff needs to keep their personal conversations during their break and in a designated area .somehow 2 women decided to have a 40 minute conversation about coming in late and not get paid right next to my room . It’s very noisy , no heater and the blankets are getto. Expedia shouldn’t not recommend such hotels due to the very low quality of its amenities
