Nice safe street, centrally located near train station, lively dining area, supermarket is two blocks away. The property itself was clean although the building had a couple of critters. It was pretty hot in Cagliari but they fixed the AC and it worked fine. Pretty straight forward.

The area is very lively and in the center of everything. The apartment was immaculate and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay at. Thank you

Practical apartment for two adults and one child (6 years old) with an excellent location.
Positive: Walking distance to almost everything, close to restaurants, and completely shielded from the noise of the popular Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The bus from Sassari station is just a 5-minute walk away, and it gets you to Poetto Beach in less than half an hour. Super easy!
Negative: The apartment was quite thin-walled, though it didn't really bother us during our stay. Unfortunately the beds get a thumbs down from us.
