Overall, this place was excellent, and I would recommend it for a family or group of friends. Two things which could have been improved: communication with the host and the bathroom sink needed unclogging. There was a lot of back-and-forth about checking in, a process which should have been more straightforward, and even after we checked in and reported the clogged sink, we received no response. In terms of location, it was perfect: Trastevere is a gem-of-a-neighborhood and allows for good meandering walks either within the neighborhood or across the river. it's actually a great midpoint between much of the Roman ruins and Vatican City.

Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurant options. Very walkable. Laundromat and grocery store are nearby. Apartment was very suitable for a family. Restaurant downstairs has great food, but was very noisy at night.

It was very hard to get a hod of the property owner to check in. It was just a basic average room. There were extra charges for everything, towels, cleaning, etc. over 200 euros. Just be aware of that. The area is perfect though. Walking distance to everything. The room is just a place to keep your things and shower. It did that for us.

It was very hard to get a hod of the property owner to check in. It was just a basic average room. There were extra charges for everything, towels, cleaning, etc. over 200 euros. Just be aware of that. The area is perfect though. Walking distance to everything. The room is just a place to keep your things and shower. It did that for us.
