The room is a bit smaller than expected. But, in general, it is very good.

The bed was nice and firm but the pillows were too firm. I think it would be nice to have an option available to guests for a firm or soft pillow. I did not have the time to check out the amenities, but I think they are nice touches. I think it would be beneficial to have a common microwave on each floor (if you do not already do this) that way the food odors do not settle in the elevator.

The daily provision of fresh towels even without having your room cleaned and the availability of amenities by the elevators stood out for me in this hotel. I did not have to ask. Waste is avoided by not putting these amenities in your room.
Spotlessly clean and bright rooms, comfortable beds, convenient location walkable to convenience stores, restaurants and the monorail station…..what else to ask for?
