no.12 self check-in apartments

We traveled from Cincinnati, Ohio to visit my best friend who lives in Worcester. I sent her a few potential places to help us choose where we should stay and we were so pleased she helped us choose a great place at no.12! We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I loved the aesthetics of the spaces! I had mistakenly not booked enough nights and the host was so kind to allow us to book a different flat for one more night which was the Friar Street flat. It did not disappoint. We happened to be in town during a heatwave so very grateful there were portable fans in the rooms! I would definitely stay here again next time we visit!

The only downside is the parking everything else was perfect clean and very good communication will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment right in the centre, which was spotless and had everything you could need. Communication was great and very helpful welcome pack and parking info. Will definitely be staying again

We only stayed here for only one night as we were going to the races (which is only a 20 minute walk away) but was amazed at the lengths the owners had gone to to make their guests feel welcome. We arrived earlier than expected and rang to see if it was possible to get an early check in and that was no bother to the owners. The apartment was clean and tidy the amenities were excellent, the kitchen was well stocked with tea and coffee making facilities with milk and water also in the fridge, washing up liquid and a lovely little touch of a sweets jar. There is also an iron and ironing board provided if needed. The bathroom also had luxurious hand soap hand moisturiser shower gel and shampoo. The artwork in the building is lovely and is provided by the owners daughter and can be bought online. The apartments are on a main road and they had also even provided earplugs but we didn't need them as the bed was so comfy we slept well. There is 24hr parking available for between £5/£10 in the streets behind the apartments and also on the next door pub car park which unfortunately we couldn't use as the pub was having a refit. There are lots of cafes restaurants and pubs nearby. If we are in the area again we will definitely be staying here again.
