Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free).
Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September.

Amazing stay! The host team was very helpful and great at communicating when i had issues with the check in form online and a personal item left after the stay. The check in process was super easy and relaxed as you just did everything at your own pace! Location was great, only a couple minute walk to the tube station that connected to all of london. Amazing shopping centre nearby and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was small but had everything we needed, including an electric fan which was very helpful with the heat! 10/10.
