Nestled in Las Vegas Strip, this charming condo for $249 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The one-bedroom and studio combination has 2 king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas. One bedroom has its own full kitchen and the studio has a kitchenette. The master kitchen comes with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, flattop stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The master bathroom in the studio and the one-bedroom unit is complete with a walk-in shower and a large Jacuzzi tub. Other amenities include: • Private Balcony with Strip View • Free Wi-Fi • No Resort Fee • 24 Hour Check-In • Complimentary Valet Parking • Access to Pool and Fitness Center • Walking Distance to the Strip and TopGolf Guests will also have access to the amenities at MGM Grand including the pools, gym, fine dining establishments, and lively bars. Things To Note • Upon arrival, the front desk will ask you for a credit card for incidentals. This is a hotel rule. A $200 per day (up to 3 days) refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in at the property. The security deposit must be paid with either a debit or credit card. • Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in • Daily housekeeping is not included. You may request dishware and utensils to be delivered please note all items are subject to availability. Any item requests after 4PM will be delivered the next day. Deliveries will be between 11am and 10pm. •StripViewSuites Hours of Operation are 24 hours, seven days a week, including holidays. We have a family of 6 (with two teens and two younger children). We love to travel but we want to have connecting rooms and the feeling of a home base. This suite was perfect for us--lots of space, pull out couch so the oldest could have his own bed, and an absolutely great view and location. We watched the fireworks on NYE from our balcony.

hotel/time share style property, easy access, convenient to the strip while still being removed from lots of the hustle. Had water problems (no cold water in one shower - scalding hot; other shower was also hot with only cold water running, but at least was manageable) but the posted sign said 'don't call us' for maintenance issues ... so we just dealt with it. Overall pleased with our stay and the property.

The unit was very clean and spacious. The only negative was the lack of enough bath towels and kitchen supplies. Bring your own kitchen trash bags, paper towels, paper plates and cups.

This was two suites with a common entry alcove that could be closed to make a 2 bedroom setup.. Property was as depicted and just right for our needs. Clean and quiet but still close to the strip. Great views of the strip and the owners were very quick in responding to the one question we had. We would not hesitate to use this property again.

We had a pleasant stay at Tower 1. To my surprise this was actually 2 separate units right next to each other but not connected. I didn’t find this out until check in. Place is right on strip but at one end of the strip. Lots of Uber and taxi rides.

Great suite with lots of space for family birthday celebration. Easy indoor walk to MGM Grand and other strip properties. Communication with owner was easy, clear and very helpful. Would highly recommend this great suite.

We loved this unit, in tower 1, 27th floor. Overlooking the strip and the MGM pools. We had a terrific time and the unit was clean and had everything we needed.
